Given the popularity of Invincible, it would be interesting to see Barry Allen Flash vs. Omni-Man or Invincible (or any other Viltrumite). Viltrumites have speed and strength coupled with advanced combat skills. The one way Flash could defeat a Viltrumite is vibrating at the frequency which wrecks their equilibrium. The inner ears of Viltrumites are their Achilles' heel.

I'm just going to be honest it's still hard to believe this Sonic the Hedgehog and his true Powers cannot beat this guy I truly believe Sonic the Hedgehog and his true powers can be Flash and Goku from the anime in his true powers can probably be flash if he stops holding bad

Because you see past, present and future at the same time, doesn't mean you can react to it in time. And even if Dr.Mahnattan can manipulate time and matter at a sub-atomic level, The Flash can go faster than the liight of speed. This means he can litteraly move before Dr.Manhattan thinks to do it. The Flash can litterally think of millions of possible way to beat someone before the other guy can think of 1

Eventually he learns to detect stopped time, to observe stuff happening in the stopped time universe, to move in stopped time and finally to use magic in stopped time. He also has super warrior skills that he can use in stopped time.

So you is to tell me that somebody who can circle Earth 7 times in a second will have a very hard time defeating WW. BTW Flash vs Saitama is like Centipede vs Spider, the spider will keep some distance from the centipede while webbing him up but if the centipede can just lay a single hit on the spider, it will turn the whole fight around. Remember flash can reverse time so Manhattan would win but will have a hard time doing so

It's similar of how Doctor Manhattan referenced Hulk and Thor in Doomsday Clock. So by that logic, you're right.
But if dr manhattan can predict the moves and future there are many possibilities. Flash was supposed to move left in the futuree but he has super speed thinking which allows him to outrun dr manhattan and make a new future without dr manhattan being alerted.
