How To Install A Golf Cart Fuel Gauge and Sender EZGO Club Car Yamaha

How To Install a fuel gauge and sender in your gas golf cart. This applies to any Club Car, EZGO or Yamaha golf cart or really to any gas vehicle with a smaller plastic tank. In this video I'm installing a VDO fuel gauge with an Autometer sender in my 1993 Club Car DS. In this video I used the following parts.

Thanks for the video man. I just did mine. And I had read somewhere that my 06 club car precedent might have it prewired. And they were all there! (For any future readers... Orange wire near battery. And behind key area there was a blue (switched hot), black (ground) and orange (down to the battery area for sender unit signal).

I’m doing this right now after watching your video. I’m having an issue where the gauge & SU work on the bench powered directly from a battery. I have no power to them from the ignition switch. Do you think my switch is bad or am I missing something?? Thanks
