- We hopped on a short flight to Jeju Island to explore its beauty, food, cafes, and sights like Seopjikoji Beach, Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Innisfree & Osulloc (of course!) and more. It was super spontaneous. If you're planning a trip to Seoul and have two days to spare, I think it’s totally worth it! 🌴

Ooh I’m not sure! I only have been in September so that’s my only reference. I’d say warmer would have been even better tho :)

I read that in the Western world, the step to kill the protein in gluten that causes the allergies and digestive issues is skipped because it takes a long time in the bread making process. Ie: bread capitalism. I also have issues with gluten, really curious if they would go away in South Asia!
What in Europe and Asia is different than USA, where it causes the most issues.
