Depends on the rehab. Once youre stable and not currently detoxing theyll allow outside visits to NA/AA Meetings. Or even little supervised walks. Or yes, even around animals. Not even always planned either. Sometimes if theyre in a city setting theyll be friendly neighborhood cats. Or if its a less populated area theres deer or fish. I'm not even joking. Animals are good for rehabilitation. I've seen it personally. Some rehabs have their own fishing lakes....Yeah.
Adderall for lots of us is a miracle drug and mixed with xanax you feel like god. That combination in the right dose is just bliss for the right folks like me. I hated taking those pills but once they finally kicked in i felt like some super calm and focused avengers character we havnt found out yet😂 That shit would just relax me and the Adderall would shoot my head up and id just be on point for at least 12 hours. 😂
Is this what ADHD meds do for those witbout ADHD? For me, I have ADHD and it just helps me function normally, it quiets the millions of thoughts racing in my mind, it's weird not having the constant background noise, and gives me the ability to focus and do things. But that can be problematic when you also have OCD, because it makes you focus more....on your intrusive thoughts/obsessions.
