The house is commonly known as Kame House and it belonged to Master Roshi, the original martial arts master of Goku in the Dragonball manga and anime. The 7 balls you find are indeed the dragon balls, and the sky darkens when you summon Shenron, the magical dragon that can grant you one wish (3 later in the series) up to and including bringing someone back from the dead.
7:18 "Now I know I said I know nothing about Dragon Ball Z, but even I know this chap trying to pull the sword from the stone is a reference to Goku. Or at least, it better be"
Nope! It's in fact a reference to his son, Gohan, who pulled a legendary sword from a stone, only to immediately (and with impeccable comedic timing) break it with his ridiculous strength.
@@PrototypeSpaceMonkey
It could also be a reference to the fact Goku can't lift the Z-Sword
Also remember after the wish has been granted the balls will all fly away far from each other ..
* uhm uhm.. dragon balls.... I mean
@@progmrz5512 Oh yeah! Cause he's not actually pulling it out, is he? He's just standing there, pulling on it.
That is correct, but for bringing back the dead they can only be bought back if they didn't die from natural causes like a heart attack, but I was hoping to see if they really summon Shenron
The House is called the "Kame House" or in English The "Turtle House". It belongs to Master Roshi aka The Turtle Hermit. The Balls, they are a nod to the 7 Dragon Balls needed to summon the Dragon called "Shenron" and when you gather all seven, the Dragon appears and the Sky does turn Black with clouds or in some cases, they just made it turn from Day to Night. Shenron grants you wishes for collecting all Dragon Balls.
The sword scene is a nod to the "Buu Arc" in Dragon Ball Z when they pulled the Z Sword in the Kai's World. Gohan pulled the sword, not Goku but yeah.
How is this not a highlighted comment? This perfectly explains two easter eggs.
Not just that, but there are different types of Dragon Balls. Namekian, Super, Black Star (from GT), and many more
great explanation
that last one is actually a triple reference as the sword is called the "doomslayer", a reference to the doom franchise. you could make an entire series on the easter eggs in that game
I see a 4th one as the sword look strangely similar to FF7 Cloud's Buster Sword, the blue gem embed in it serving as a materia.
isnt it a berserk reference to the dragonslayer sword?
I dont really thinks its none of those above by far, actually the most common look is the Ashbringer from WoW.
It could also be the z-sword since it’s goku
The sword is actually called "the crucible" it is one of the most dangerous weapons in doom and a 1 shot kill to every demon. The doom slayer is the name given to the guy we were playing as in the doom series.
The sword can't be the crucible because the crucible is a demonic sword made out of pure argent energy so you just went wayyyyyy off
The sword in the stone could also be a reference to the Z Sword from Dragon Ball Z, a sword that Gohan, the son of Goku, had to lift out of a stone.
I’m pretty sure that in and of itself is also a reference to the sword in the stone
@Cephalon Spectere @Elder! Both of those are right. The sword is also called the doom slayer referencing The Doom slayer and his Crucible Blade
@@ElderShogun yeah it is
I mean your absolutely correct. But to be fair, I could also understand why he would have thought it was goku. Considering gohan was wearing basically the exact same outfit his father usually wears.
4:10 In Dragon Ball when you collect all the 7 balls you can summon a dragon that can make almost any wish come true. Once you call the dragon it turns the sky's dark like it's night time. They prob didn't want to make the dragon in the game and just decided to just go with dark sky's only.
And the house is master roshi house right?
@@cdjzcanilang4885 Correct.
is the house that has kame house on it
Goat Sim 3: If ya notice the Sword is called Doom Slayer I’m pretty sure which could be a reference to Doom Guy/Slayer. And if you find the hot springs spa near the spawn farm there’s a mission there it has an Easter Egg to the Steve Easter egg
The Steve Easter egg makes it even worse if you watch the movie after “saving” him from the water. As if you “saved” him just for him to die soon after.
I like when you lick the sword in the stone, it's called the Doomslayer, which might be a double reference to DOOM
The sword and other "melee weapons" in GS3 change your headbutt, with the DoomSlayer sword making your headbutt bigger and stronger. There's also a rainbow lightsaber that makes enemies trail rainbows when you headbutt them
Hey, Captain Eggy, I just wanted to say thank you for these humorous and insightful easter egg videos you put out. I love your content so much and always look forward to the next easter egg video!
It's a dragon ball reference. The name on the house is an anagram of goku's teacher's house, kame house. When the wish granting dragon is summoned, the sun goes out.
If anyone else is wondering why Goku is pulling the sword in the stone, it could've been another reference to him unable to lift the Z-Sword which is embedded on the mound (and Gohan was the only one that can able to lift it at that time)
Was it different in the manga? Because in the anime he was definitely able to lift it the first time he tried it was just really heavy.
the interesting thing is the z-sword itself is a reference to the sword in the stone.
So what we have here is a reference to a reference.
I noticed the sword in the stone was also called the Doomslayer, so it’s really a 3 in 1
Brilliant videos and in goat simulator 3 the water tower that you see in the distance at 5:37 has a fallout Easter egg in it. The mission for it's called the big red button. Also when you licked the sword at 7:43 the sword says that you've licked the doomslayer.
The one about the chicken ghost going to its own grave reminds me to Zelda - Links Awakening where in a part in the game you have to enter into the grave of the blue chicken and revive it with a song, where you can see how, after the song is played the ghost of the chicken comes flying to the bones and revives.
Yes they're dragon balls, yes the time of day does change kinda _(the area just gets dark, to summon the dragon)_
The house is *Kame's house* - that's why in the game is says *make house*
I don't know why but I love these videos, if you keep makin em, I'll keep watchin em🙂
The Doomslayer easter egg isn't only only just a reference to DBZ and Doom respectively, but also a callback to the Legends of Zelda Easter egg in Goat Simulator 1, both references from 1 and 3 obviously referencing Excalibur
The dragon balls grant 1 wish.
Yes that was DragonBall themed.
Even the house and description was DragonBall themed.
The house is originally known as the "Kame House" which is owned by Master Roshi who had trained Goku and Krillin first.the reason why the dragon balls make thesky turn dark was for the Dragon Shinron who would turn the sky dark when he appeared... if you want to know more that is the extent of my knowledge so I am sorry for failing to help more. good find though!
i enjoy watching your videos, easter eggspert!
The sword is a 3 in one reference, it also points to the gory DOOM series, because the name of the sword is “The Doomslayer,” you can see this when you lick the sword at the bottom of your screen.
it's a 4 in one refrencing the master sword XD
The "Plants vs Zombie" game also rewards a sunflower pet that's look exactly like the one from the game and also features the same voice clips.
The house Is called the "Kame House" and Master Roshi Is the owner of the house. When you collect all 7 Dragon Balls you can make 1 or 3 wishes that are within the Dragons power and when summoned the sky goes dark. 👍👍
Randomly in goat sim 3, an npc will say "My man" which I believe is a reference to the mail man in Rick and Morty who says the same thing. The npc will say it the same kind of way. But idk
I love to watch your videos while having dinner. Sorry, I'm a guy who takes phone with me during dinner. 🤣🤣🤣.. but, yeah.. your video came just in time. I'm watching this while having dinner
Thank you for putting Dayz on this list. Most people don’t even bother mentioning it. Great game & love your videos
7:15 pretty sure that dude behind Goku is also a reference to Ylvis, specifically the "What does the fox say?" music video.
Hey egg!!! I was just watching my brother play the new Marvel game "Midnight Suns" and in that game he got a special shirt for the "EMO KIDS" group. The characters in the game had different voice lines when the PC had the shirt on. Figured this might be a good detail for your series!!
In shotgun farmers the hay k47 was a chance to spawn a metal rod when you shoot on the ground this is a reference to a needle in a haystack
It's actually a 3 in 1 cause the sword is from final fantasy 7 and you would have to put the glowing orbs (material) into them
LOVE THIS BRO
In goat sim3 Goku trying to pull out that Sword from the rock is also a Nod to one of Dragon Ball Z episodes about so called "Z Sword" or "Zeta Sword" that is also stuck deep in a rock in simmilar matter to good old King Arthur Legend.
it was the Kame house you just had the letters switched to make house / Kame=Turtle / it belongs to Master Roshi, they were dragon balls and the "darkness" comes when you summon Shenron the dragon who makes your wishes come true
the refrence you dont know about is dragon ball the house belongs to master roshi and the time of day changing could be a refrence that it turns dark when shenron is summoned
That last sword you pulled out is Cloud's Fusion sword.
I love your vids and i know that you like little details in games and i was surprised by a detail in a game. Soooo i just finished playing the 1st Bioshock and in the little sister sanctuary not only do they talk about you but you should see what happens if you eat candy from a table where 2 sisters are watching you. (I even answered them too when they spoke, i was really surprised)
You should add #87 and this one to your playlist for the series
its the kame house, when you call shenron the cloud turns all black!
If I’m not mistaken that cinema Easter egg was also a 2 in one. That guys voice mixed with the beginning cinematic is VERY similar to the intro to the game ManEater I’m almost positive it’s a reference to that as well
Usually F or the Head Butt button is how to use items. Look in the costume description for more information cause after pulling the sword it's part of your wardrobe
i do remember a persona reference in goat simulator 3 it's in the place where that goku looking guy is and there's some other in that place
was playin roblox with a friend and found 2 easter eggs
on the game "Wild west", if you go to the desert mine and look around, you will eventually find a room with the BTTF Delorean. the other easter egg is at dead man's rest where you can find Doc's grave among the others. the other gravestones also have names on them so maybe there are other references there
heres an entire videos worth of hidden details and easter eggs for you, did you know
In the heist "Big Bank" in Payday 2 if you drill into a safe behind a painting in the mangaers office you can find a half eaten sandwich that was eaten in a very... interesting way.. (to knock the painting down just melee or shoot it)
In the heist "Panic Room" in Payday 2 you can find a comically large toothbrush, if you bag it up and throw it in the loot truck it sells for more than anything else in the game.
In Call of Duty : Black Ops 3 zombies on the map "The Giant" if you teleport a monkey bomb in each teleporter then go back to the pack-a-punch platform the panel on the left side will be lit up then if you hold the reload button on that panel the head of the giant from the map "Origins" hanging outside of the map will shoot a laser melting snow revealing a hidden perk machine being either Stamin-up or Deadshot Daiquiri.
In Titanfall 2 on the map "Angel City" you can find many wanted billboards which include Jack Cooper (the character you play as in the campaign), Robert "Barker" Trude (appears in the campaign and multiplayer), james macallan (has an entire ship named after him in the campaign), and "unkown suspect" (Sarah Briggs (appears in multiplayer and plays a major role in the campaign)
In Monster Hunter: World there are many getsures aka emotes some you can buy, some you have at the start of the game, and some you earn through quests, but some of them do damage not a lot but still damage those gestures are (Devil May Cry Dual Guns, Street Fighter V: Shoryuken, Street Fighter V: Hadoken, FINAL FANTASY XIV Jump, The WItcher 3: Flame Manipulation, Racoon City: Zombie Bite, Ninja Star, Sumo Slap)
In Fallout 76 you can find one of the original designs of the scorchbeast pinned to the side of the mountain near Skullbone Village.
In skyrim you can find a Pac-Man Reference at Markarth inside of Endon's House, When you get inside walk into the bedroom then look at a bookshelf on the left, on thebottom of the shelf you will see it.
In Slime Rancher if you go the island with feral slimes inbetween the dry reef and the moss blanket and go to the west most side you can see a rock, jump on to that rock then jump onto the island after that go to the west most side of that island then you can jump to the islnad on the left, when you get there you can find a teleporter if you go through it you will end up on mustache isle, go up the stairs and you will find a legendary treasure pod in front of a statue of a slime with a mustache open it and you will get the Handlebar Fashion Pod. (btw you need max energy unlocked for this one)
i know you record your own footage but some of these are a major pain to do so if you need help getting footage for any of these let me know🙂
The last one is actually a refrence to when goku tries pulling the z sword from the stone(it does seem like a king Arthur reference at first glance)
The turtle house is a reference to the house of Son Goku's (main character of Dragon Ball) mentor, Master Roshi. It's the place where Dragon Ball has pretty much begun aswell.
interesting detail cod mw ii: the weapon inspection animation is different if the weapon is empty or loaded
The sword is a quad reference as it has doomslayer on it for doomslayer, a Materia for final fantasy, sword in the stone for king Arthur and goku for the z sword from dragon ball buu saga
to me, the music in house flipper when he was refering the orbs to dragon ball z, sounded to me like a subtle revamp of the nostalgic minecraft music people remember.
Also I think that last one was three in one. The sword looks like a buster sword from advent children so that was a triple Easter egg.
Looks like kame house where master roshi (the old pervy grandpa from the series lives), the day and night thing probably refers to the fact that when the dragon Ball are used (this is definitely to the dragon Ball), the sky turns dark as Shenron (the big Chinese dragon thing) is summoned. Cool easter egg!
Steve becoming sushi at the end reminds me of that one Korean animated movie, Swimming to Sea. Excellent movie with excellent plot. But a very dark piece to be sure
Also it’s kind of funny that the goat is Queen of Goat and of Britain now 😂
7:42, the swords name is called the doomslayer. Obviously a reference to the doomslayer or doomguy from the doom franchise.
Also in the kame house there is another reference near the fridge which references reviving a certain someone.
If I'm not mistaken. In the intro you show Goat Simulator and the goat has Wings on, I believe those are a easter egg to Diablo with Tyraels wings
Mullet calendars are an actual thing lol. I now have questions 😆
"Your name is now arthur" arthur the goat litteraly
7:08 I think it's Gohan trying to pull out mystic sword where the old supreme kai is trapped.
There’s a movie poster on top of one of the skyscrapers, next to an improvised soccer field. I don’t know if the poster itself is a reference to something, but “alle sprechen Deutsch” in one of the corners translates to “everyone speaks German”
Also the goat sim goku looks like its also a refernce to the Z-sword in dragonball. Goku wasn’t able to lift it and the guy appears to be trying to pull it the same way goku did in the show
The House Flipper easter egg is Kame House (home to Master Roshi) and the balls are Dragon Balls. When used, the sky turns black and the Shenron (the dragon that grants wishes) to appear
I think you'll enjoy Dragonball Z Abridged, it explains everything in a shorter amount of time and is hilarious.
The sword in the last clip also have a similar look to the Ashbringer in WOW, so maybe a 3 in 1?
Isnt the sword in the stone with a SSJ a reference to the Z-sword that was in kaioshin's planet? I seem to recall Gohan pulling it out as a SSJ and then training with old Kai to obtain the mystic form...
But then again it's been years since I watched DBZ...
How about all the Dopefish in various Id-Games?
In the last of us in the apartment where you find Sam and his brother in one of the rooms there’s jak and daxter dolls on top of a dresser. Nice little detail that they added to prove that the franchise is gone but not forgotten
Pretty sure the sword could also be a reference to the Z Sword from the planet of the Kais in Dragon Ball Z as well since Goku tried to pull it out before Gohan actually pulled it out...
Steep was made before riders republic and is made by Ubisoft and has another Easter egg where there is a quest with a girl wearing rabid ears and there are heads of the rabbits when going down the mountain. Whenever you go through a head you can hear “bwaaa bwaaa”
The steve easter egg isn't just the cinema, you can fin him in a hot spring area on the map which you find him and get his skin
ok so the dragon balls are a reference to the Kame (Kah-mai) house which is where one of the trainers for the main character, goku, lives, and it is a common place the dragon balls are brought, and when they summon Shenron, it typically makes the sky dark and thunder will typically appear as shenron, a huge snake shaped dragon with the ability to grant any wish once but only once, for example wishing someone alive can only happen once so they can only live twice
In Modern Warfare II (2022), on the map shoot house, elk can be heard, along with other wild life.
oooh, would love to see some content creator cosmetics like the various ones from shotgun farmers at 5:30
When you collect the 7 dragon balls, Shen Long appears and the sky becomes dark.
Loved that easter egg.
It is a dragon ball reference yes.
That house is Kame House home of Master Roshi.
The Dragon Balls make the sky turn very dark when you summon the dragon to make your wish.
In watch dogs two there’s a shirt that you can buy that’s says “scan me!” And when you do it takes you to the Ubisoft website. I don’t know if you have already found this or not.
7:45 i think the sward is from berserk manga that guts have it
The sword in the stone was a reference to when gohan had to pull the legendary sword out the ground
I think that sword is a reference to WOW with it being the ashbringer I may be wrong though.
Don't think I've seen it covered....but in Hello Neighbour 2, achieving the Climber achievement will display the description "synchronisation complete". A clear reference to Assassins Creed
that sword looks like the buster sword from FF7 i would take a look at that one more time
There are several Easter eggs in the Skylander series; on the first snow level in swap force, you can find the elephant mosquito that is stuck in amber from the Jurassic park franchise after Avril and Flynn are separated from you. In The Future of Skylands chapter in trap team, while you stand by a hologram of Wolfgang, you can hear it say that the Big Bad Woofer has 1.21 crazy watts of power, referencing back to the future. On the Brock level in Giants he says "are you not entertained?" Referencing gladiator.
I believe goku pulling out the sword in goatsim3 may also be a reference to the Z-sword from late into dbz, but yeah also the great sword in the stone
quite a reference with that sword in stone its a full 2 in 1 classic arthur and Z sword from dragon ball reference
I'm MW2 when using a pistol, you can hear the trigger reset when shooting. Press and hold the fire button, then when you release it, you'll hear the trigger reset
On DMZ in Modern Warfare 2, there is a comic book you can collect and store in your backpack. If you look at the comic book before picking it up you can see the big crab monster from Infinite Warfare zombies “Attack of the Radioactive Thing” which also reads in the front “Unexplained Science” and “It grew from radioactivity!”
A reference you could include is, in Rainbow Six Siege in the new map, there is an Animus Machine from AC in the basement.
Master Roshi's house, yes the sky gets dark when you summon Shenron. Shenron is a dragon that grants wishes
In the game rainbow 6siege on the map tower if you go to the first floor kitchen and look around you can find a cake that says happy birthday with the Ubisoft logo
Master roshi house, 7 balls r the dragon balls and the day turning to night is what happens when shenron is summoned, didn't want to get into detail so I kept it short egg
Did you know that in cod MW2, When the shepherd betrays you john price talk to him in the shed, if you have subtitles on you can see his name change colors to yellow, than to red
Quiet hill in goat simulator 3 is a reference to silent hill with an enterable building that is a reference to the cancelled silent hill playable teaser.
The house flipper reference is actually a reference to when shenron is summoned in dragon ball
I think i found another Indiana Jones easter egg with the fridge. It’s on the second broken part on the airport in warzone 2.0
i think the last one was more of a three in one, theres goku trying to pull out the sword, the sword is called doomslayer, and the game calls you king Arthur when you pull it out
the rabbids also showed up in assassins creed odyssey when ur as layla in the building, its on a shelf in a different room and she says "BWAAAAHH".
dunno if u covered it already but idk
The dragon ball Easter egg in goat simulator was a reference to Gohan in super Saiyan 2 form and pulling the Z-sword ( a legendary sword that can defeat Majin Buu )
in lego bricktales, there are pirates in the carribean stage with names that im almost certain are references to one piece
I don't know if you covered it or not but in the graveyard you can play a what mini game and when you finish it it will give you some text saying "that belongs in the museum!" In goat simulator 3
Since you brought up one BohemiaDev memorial to a player, you should head over to Arma 3. In the Malden map, there's a statue made for one of the community map creators, Bushlurker, who provided tons of in-depth tutorials and lots of tips to mappers for that game. It was originally from the Workshop but it was ported to the official game not too long after his passing.
If you didn’t notice there was another Easter egg in goat simulator, in the dragon ball Easter egg you could see that the sword was named the doom slayer therefore this is possibly a reference to DOOM
