In the future, you can put that fender seat nut onto a long zip tie, run it up from under the fender and through the fender's hole, and then don't have to reach your hand all the way up between the fender and tire, where there might not be clearance.

Curious why you got rid of your LRS?
I talked about that in the video before this one where I show that I got this bike and I explained why I traded in the Lowrider S. Basically just time to start a different build, something completely different that got me interested in doing a different build series and I don’t ride long distances at all anymore due to my schedule and family set up so so I wanted some thing that was more lightweight and smaller and nimble for quick trips if that makes sense.
