Fresh Seafood Paella at Hong Kong Fish Market!

Hello guys!
Today I'm with my good friend Peter who is an expert fishmonger in one Hong Kong's seafront fish markets in Aberdeen. We take a look at the seafood available in Hong Kong and products restaurants use to make the best seafood dishes, including Boston Lobster, Alaskan Crab, Dungeness Crab, Fish, and Eels.
Peter also shows us how to prepare and cut a fresh Eel, as well as how to prepare Hong Kong delicacies such as sun-dried fish.
To top it all off, we cook an authentic and fresh Spanish seafood paella in front of the beautiful Aberdeen harbour with some of Peter's fresh seafood. It doesn't get any fresher than this!
