I didn’t have the patch because I got a Xbox one and version of the game still have the issues
the fact steven went untouched again is crazy...
His attacks are basic and straightforward, but he hits hard and sends your flying with just basic effort.
The fact they NERFED Garnet into the ground with that Side special change, makes me very upset
Fr and they also need to nerf Batman I swear the people who play Batman have some type of God complex and a good nerf should give them a reality check
@@cardinmalone4974He doesn't just hit hard, he hits HARD, straight up like 15-25 per hit. I play as gizmo and when fighting one Steven I lost each stock to like 5-6 unchained moves.

50? so you want to be able to unlock characters in less than about 50 games with a single button and some rewards

@@Taaxmaanfighting games should have a nice and easy way of unlocking characters yes, usually behind solo modes or something like that, taking forever to unlock every character is a thing in that sucks in free 2 play fighting games cus theyre treated like cosmetics and other shit thats hard to get when it's supposed to be part of the gameplay

It's a free to play game, they need to make money somehow. This game is meant to last for years, not a new release every year. The character unlock system is fine as is
the fact gizmo got hit harder than wonder woman, steven, and shaggy combined is crazy
There is a glitch with Rick where he can teleport himself or other people out of the map and they get stuck outside the map and the game never ends.

I feel like once we get that input buffer fixed and outlines corrected, I would just need match results details and ranked to consider this game filly released and out of beta.
Ranked should be the least of their priorities. They still have a lot of stuff to fix.
@@wrydstepbr0_0 ranked/character rankings is a pretty big priority gives people something to grind for in PVP and keeps the longevity of the game. Cuz I personally won't be grinding pve rifts and if I don't have anything in PVP to grind for I will lose interest in the game

Right, cause if a character is climbing the roster and is possibly a S tier like the precious DC cast, gotta hit them with that divine nerf to keep them in thier place. Great how they don’t dare mention how he is so light that getting hit by two good combos could mean death.

Buggs now has infinite pies, safe is still ludicrous, and rocket still an amazing confirm, and hole super safe option that changes up projectiles. Now imagine him dying at 80% and now going into whiff frames for not hitting with his core tech. Now also imagine all his normals are stubby, or stubby and slow. This is now gizmo gameplay 👍👍
@@stanleywhisperwind3679yea I truly wish they would stop doing this shit I’d rather every character have a broken or very strong component of their kit vs nerfing every character as soon as people get good with em just bc some weak players crying, I just played a gizmo the other day and he definitely was zoning pretty heavy but I also killed pretty easy, they worry too much about keeping everything “balanced” when the balance should be every character is unique and strong in their own way with some drawbacks off course, this will never stop if they keep operating like this

Stripe hasn’t got any nerfs/buffs in either of the patches. Ngl I’m happy with it. I think Stripe is honestly a really good character no matter what. And they are able to be punished easily.
He needs a buff, he has almost no way to kill except with fucking skateboard

@@lordfriezaemperor3370 To me, as a Stripe main I think hes at least a B tier. You just need to know how to play him. The only trouble I have with him is that his attacks have a lot of end lag, but even with the end lag you can pull off crazy combos.
Surprised they changed Garnets move. This was her main setup for killing off the side. And you were already able to D.I it.

got a 7gb update earlier today for my xbox series s and they fixed the resolution and performance now the game runs buttery smooth, i think its running at a steady 60fps but anyway good on them, the only visual issue left for xbox is the banners and ring out animations barely rendering its very blurry and pixelated....i think by christmas this game will be at its intended state for everyone :)
Christmas is crazy 💀 if they take that long the game will die and become a niche imo
@@Thegoat-dk7qj well it is what it is, its clear they're having many issues so it wouldn't be surprising...i'm sure the state its in now after the recent update enough people would keep playing it until then.
I think the multiple bugs nair combos were linked to a bug with his down special letting him cancel out of any move with a jump and even hitstun. It only addresses the hit stun part but hopefully the fix to down special fixes everything else too.
Also is theee gonna be any changes to the battle pass system in means of getting xp more so that people that don’t or can’t play daily can manage to finish the pass if they miss some daily missions ?
Really glad about this patch update! Servers feel more stable on Xbox, some loops and easy kills being removed is great, the XP increase feels SO SATISFYING, and loving the game more and more. It really is sad to see when people just keep going negative on everything though. People really don’t like game devs and decisions it seems

One problem I have had that I want reworked is with with Marvin on the space jam stage specifically. On that stage a ball spawns that Marvins neutral projectile bubble will pick up. However if it is just lying on the ground, the bubble will pick up the ball and just fly past enemies since it wasn't a thrown projectile. Now the best way to avoid this would just be aim around it but due to Marvins height the bubble will always pick up the ball and this is really annoying. All this does is send the ball towards the enemy team, why would you ever want to that and Marvin proceeds to lose his main projectile on this map, I just want it changed that the bubble picks up the ball only if it is thrown.

You spoke on bugs being able to combo is neutral air into his up attack.Why are we trying to nerf kill combos and get rid of them isn’t that a staple in every platform fighter. I hate facing bugs bunny but him neutral airing into up attack to kill is fine. If we take these type of things out I don’t think it’s healthy for the game
It's moreso that his nair sucks you in even if you're trying to hit him prior and his up air along with joker and Harley hit way too far in front and behind him. I'm gonna learn bugs myself at this point because me and a random bugs beat Leviathan and Broskis in a 2v2 queue by 2 stocks too
@@BltzZ oh okay i understand sorry for miss interpreting what you meant by that. I thought you were saying kill combos in general should be gone or toned done completely. So the hit boxes are the issue I agree with that point because sometimes things hit that feel like they shouldn’t be.
@@jasiah1154 Oh yeah absolutely I think kill combos need to be retained in the game. It needs that for sure and should go nowhere. But hitboxes are pretty wonky for those characters up airs specifically along with other moves too.
I found a bug for Rick where, after the full duration of a picture emote, he can no longer attack. It fixes itself after the match is reset in training mode or if he dies.
They said they did a hotfix to fix this a few minutes ago
I wonder if these "patches" will be similar to the beta where they neef combos but buff an keep adding projectile spam.

black adam against harley is super op
he takes way more damage and his hit boxes are far to tight. i was playing 8 matches against the same guy he was lvl 1 and i was playing harley for like 50 hours and he won every time spamming the up lightning. scince harley can be easyly been killed with like 3 punches this is just unfair.

Velma's ground side special is still problematic as she sometimes jumps off the cliff and releases the opponent, dealing zero damage. But that's a good start. Good balance patch overall.

They actually neft Velma again. Not being able to control the beam at all make it a short projectile with a long start up. Trying to actually hit a moving ally with it is almost impossible during combat. I don’t understand why they thought that was a good idea.

@@oklimbo for sure, but now your majorly limited doing that cause each charge arrow now still cost, so you can only do that once before waiting for cool down. This is a huge W for the game and I’m really looking forward to where this takes us hopefully soon as I’m looking forward to a lot of features fixes and improvements as well as more characters but overall a really positive patch in my mind

Xbox player: it did not fix the problem. At first, I never had the problem of doing rifts with my partner, after the 2 patches we kept failing and it really angers me cause I'm nearly done with my rift difficulties.

Gizmo was in need of nerfs but now he feels so useless,the car tricks are gone, his arrows are almost gone but the main problem is that his melee attacks cant compete with the top tiers, now he is so mid :( rip (joker and ww are still a joke wth)

If he did need any nerfs they were minor at best, but I really don’t feel he did when being punished as gizmo is so dangerous, you are so light you can get killed for trying to combo someone off the top and whiffing something, and now that is all too easy to punish.
