Others have already mentioned it but its worth a repeat: the lighting, multiple cameras and angles, audio quality, editing - the whole production is excellent. I enjoy this representation of playing around the table with friends. Mostly, I do not care much for watching other people playing a TTRPG but I enjoy this.
the scene with the cab dispatch was hilarious, loved it. "it's really important 🥺"
At the rate these production values keep soaring, I'm half expecting the next series on this channel to be fully animated 😁
I like the fact that that there was a locked door and the immediate conclusion was to break in. No thoughts of knocking.
When Quell said "Is there anything I can offer you...?"
I know you were improvising on the spot, and your answer was great in the moment. No notes, you did great.
But in my heart of hearts, I was expecting the answer to be:
"What I offer you, officer, is advice. Next time we have a meeting... *don't* be late."
The plot thickens! Am loving Crispin’s character so far.
Talk about "leave the audience wanting more"... I can't wait!
Good stuff. Great production. And a very interesting detective game. I like to coop play.
Loving this mini series.... that tine mechanic seems interesting, where each action a place visit takes up specific amount of time. Guess they need to keep everything together somehow.
Holy crap, this is amazing. Going to forward this to my mate who loves Blade Runner… might tempt him to the TTRPG…

Very good material, both in terms of enjoyment it provides, as well as introductory instructions.
I wonder only, why PC were supposed to pay in promotion points for APB or non-classified Mainframe access. By the Core Manual it is supposed to be free.
Argh an apb is not an arrest warrant. They could just have done an apb 😅

Definitely one of the flaws of the module. Quell is like hurry hurry hurry, but wastes the PCs time making them burn a shift on a meeting where she has only 1 bit of info, but then says its not important.
This is really helpful to hear. I am watching this series as I prepare to run the module and I was thinking a bit about this conundrum as well. I think the important thing the module is trying to accomplish is making sure that the PC's know the power of the Tyrell corporation, so I could see shaping this encounter more to be a kind of followup to the opening scene with Holden, setting it up that you as Blade Runner report to Holden, but that Holden reports to his corporate overlords.
Yep, it might be the right notion. I do believe the for Wallace corp. it is ultimately important to make sure detectives are aligned with Quell and feed her with all the progress. If you red her motivation brief, it makes clear that properly shaped PR is the only relevant matter. And wasting 1 shift of 1 of the detectives (assuming it is not 1on1 session) it could be the acceptable trade off.
Important business people wasting everyone else's time actually sounds pretty realistic to me! =P
It's not a flaw in the module, it's a flaw in her character. She clearly has an ego, and the purpose of this meeting is not to help the PCs, it's her being a corporate executive, she is micromanaging - intruding just to make sure that she has the investigators under her thumb. She doesn't give them a clue to help them - she didn't even offer any more access to the facility they wish to use - this is just a person with power throwing their weight around.
It's a threat. She just wanted the opportunity to put pressure on. Played so well in this video!
