It looks to be an abscess that's already been poked on , from where they suck their thumbs and fingers they will get broken skin from them sucking their fingers raw and then it gets bacteria in the l raw broken skin and it causes an abscess. You see a lot of these monkeys channels where the monkey has them like that and they have to tape their hands up and put something on its hands to keep them from sucking on it so it can heal.
