Thanks for Fish Queen video. I keep hyping her up for my alliance mates and I've converted a few of them. I usually run an adaption tank build because I hate stealth when I do loyal augment, I prefer K-Drive . . . . great showing!

I use surging blades on mag and my god the animation change is chefs kiss makes the animation way more fluid no pun intended
random gruzzling tip, if you are playing wukong and you mark the gruzzling with your 1, the real gruzzling after it divides into 3 will still have the mark so you can ignore the other two
or just bring a gun that can oneshot them, that's also possible haha

Tbh if DE wanted to do Yareli correctly riding the board should have always been optional. I don't even like the character and I could massively improved her design with a single work shift of consulting.
yea ideally they should've made her merulina a tap/hold functionality, tap for ride, and hold for summon, instead DE chooses band aids every time 🤣
@@morning8590 merulina needs to use the k-drive mods. Why did any of us do venti kids for the kompressa and it's not a thing? A couple of the mods have gameplay implications, CC which would make none loyal builds really pop.
@@WhatWillYouFind I would agree with you if k-drive didnt feel awful to ride on, and it didnt butcher your arsenal, I feel like they half designed it for open worlds and slapped a warframe onto it, thats why the augment is so good on her, makes her a warframe with good abilities instead of a nightmare that clips onto every door in existence xD
She should be ventkid size so she doesn't smash her head into every door frame while surfing.
I went with Corrosive Yareli borrowing T barrage from her water buddy Hydroid (fit the theme) replacing her 3rd ability. Negative duration, neutral efficiency, range 265 and decent 174 str (plus molt augmented) and of course double green shard. Playstyle- drop tempest barrage, then her huge 40 meters 4th, help out strip with few Kompressa shots with corrosive, viral, heat, meanwhile shooting eximus with her 1st ability for that juicy vulnerability (using Felarx as primary) while of course with merulina on my side which with rolling guard giving me total 7 seconds of immortality (plus dethcube with helstrum for some energy, status spread and guardian mod).

I can see that the phenmor with epitaph priming can do good damage, but I’ve seen my Torid with no priming but with only nourish and it does the job pretty well (non incarnon form) and besides the fact that phenmor could be more effective, torid can do more damage to large groups of enemies. Just in case you don’t have the energy, torid could help you take care of the enemies
yea 100s of weapons can work really well, phenmor is just one of my favorites :)
I recommend subsuming off her first ability if you use this augment, because merulina will spew out the sea snare attacks even if sea snares is missing, and it's still fully modded as if they still are enabled. This lets you actually use her grouping ability which is decent compared to what it was on release.
Yareli tanks my fps though, i get down to low 40's on basic grineer tiles due to all the ragdolls from that tornado of hers.
Yea I thought about it but the build I currently use is low on range, and sea snares still works great with low range, the rule for me is if I have high range her 1 or aqua blades go, and if I have low range her 4 goes :) her 4 works REALLY well with loki's new augment, you decoy the one guy then bubble him, then enemies fire into the bubble and its pretty glorious!

@@morning8590 Try a build where you have p continuity, loyal merulina, surging blades, stretch, max fleeting, umbral intensify, augur secrets, augur reach with molt augmented to cover for strength.
Then replace her sea snares with pillage and now you have an armor strip to help with her riptide but also shield gating to benefit from her DR
If you group enemies with her 4, you can stand next to them with her 3 active to quickly stack a bunch of damage for her 3 augment. It works with or without the new 2 augment. Combine it with a good status weapon with viral and she shreds steel path enemies like tossing baby kubrows into a woodchipper.
You should watch the original video I made on yareli, I have a build using that, try the compressa and surging it has great synergy and turns your 4 into a room nuke :)

Her casting speed for surging blades is still bugged.
She casts way faster when she's on merulina.

Yea its good, sea snares are really strong! :)
It's capped at 0.5 seconds so you don't really need to max it.

I like this warframe since I met her when I started to play this game a couple of years ago... This new mod made more fun to use know you can use your primary and melee attacks. Probably she´s hated for some but I dont care for those folks... I like her. :)
Yea that all that matters, as long as you have fun, been enjoying her WAY more now that I can use my entire arsenal :)
Play what you like, you don't have to follow the meta. She's good enough for everything you can reasonably expect to be doing.

Trust me, archon flow on her is awesome. Sea snare AND riptide deals cold damage. Giving you energy in the process. She already has plenty of crowd control. The extra energy may allow for more flexible builds to add strength or range.

The abilities have to kill the enemy. If you kill them with a weapon, you don't get the energy. Dethcube with the Energy Generator mod and Helstrum weapon using gas damage is much more reliable for energy orbs and works with any warframe.
@@NuchiAsaki everybody plays a little different. I use that deathcube setup on my Gara. Nautilus w/ cordon works great to pull the enemies in. Especially with manifold bond. I was just mentioning archon flow because his build already has primed flow. I have had any energy issues with mine.
@@robertmurphy7131 Yeah, I was just saying, you don't get the energy from Archon Flow unless the ability itself kills the enemy which isn't likely to happen.

IMO, you give up a lot of power to get off the k-drive because no Merulina Guardian Augment and you are using Phenmor when her crit passive only applies to secondaries. You might as well not be playing Yarelli. You're literally passing up on the two most powerful things she does.
you give up literally 0 power you GAIN power, loyal merulina works the same as the clunky k-drive version, except it works better because you have an arsenal when you take out the clunky k-drive 0_o I use surging blades, merulina and sea snares and im not using yareli? your logic is flawed friend
@@morning8590 You get a massive firerate and reload buff with Merulina Guardian. You can't use Loyal with it. With a secondary you get a massive crit buff while moving.
If you want to play it like this, then obviously you do what's fun to you, but it's misinforming people to say you aren't giving up any power.
@@thenightingale7405 its not misinforming, I was not talking about guardian at all, fire rate and reload speed doesnt mean much if you lose your arsenal, loyal merulina is better, WAY more tools at your disposal, and I know about the crit buff, its not a secret, you can use secondaries with loyal? point is you dont have to, the crit buff she gets from her passive is nice but its not the be all end all, its not flat its additive, which is again, good, but not the most vital thing ever, and you dont give that up with loyal anyway, the multiplic vulnerability of sea snares offers more damage than her passive alone, buffs from melees to power up secondaries give more power than most buffs, not to mention priming which is waaaaay more power than a little bit of fire rate, if you go without loyal, you give up tons of power, if you give up guardian, you lose a bit of fire rate, big woop, equip arcane velocity.
Neither options struggle at steel path levels, but guardian struggles at high levels, where as the simple cast vs the jump cast does wonders when using loyal, that being said you are free to use whatever and however. But dont say I misinform, cause im not :)
@@morning8590 You aren't talking about guardian, but I am. I am saying that equipping loyal over guardian makes you lose out on reload speed and fire rate. You still get the damage of sea snares while using guardian. I am saying that using anything other than a secondary makes you lose out on massive crit.
I think it's fine to pass on one of those things, but passing on both the secondary crit and the reload/fire rate from guardian means you should question why you are playing Yarelli.
Like, I just don't think Yarelli is the go to frame if you want to break out your Phenmor.

and the point i was making regarding the reload speed and fire rate, is that IF you go that route you lose WAY more, you lose less going loyal
Yareli had no problems surviving, on top of the k-drive she was immortal, the character's real problem is her extremely boring and pathetic gameplay, this mod is just the easy way to satisfy players who never understood the character, it's a shame , this Warframe is my biggest disappointment with DE.
What makes her special to me is her board. Make the Merulina passive and she's just another frame running around killing stuff. So I agree. Such a lazy and foul way to solve a problem.
My only issue is the fix on Eclipse cuz I always use it in Yareli, but since now Yareli can use Melee with this mod, I can't enjoy glaive prime cuz eclipse is just 90% now
@@Witchguard There isn't anything remotely special about her board. It's clunky, un-moddable, and outside of the augment for it, it provides no real benefits.
Immortal until you get knocked off the K-Drive out of nowhere and get trampled.
@@WitchguardThen continue to use her with the board? You're acting as if this augment removed the other way to play her. All it did was give players who didn't like using a k-drive in doors another option
