BS 4 Classic 350, morning mai 1-2 kick mai start ho jaati hai pr 1km kuch chlne k baad jb 5min park krdo toh 4-5 kick mai start hoti hai. Kya problem ho skti hai? I faced this issue first time since I bought the bike(3 yrs ago).
Possible cause Optimum temperature not maintaining issue.

@@MechAutoClinic so how to set in old bullet to protect our knees...
fix it on in between 10o clock and 11o clock position. that's the better position, while pre-load kick goes down so knee will not come under pressure.

top folding yes but not bottom folding. since not available..and never made.
There is a gap of silence in this video, just before you say "the perfect place.." at about 5.55minutes.
In my 71 I prefer to keep it at 10o clock but my mechanic always moves it to 12. I just keep silent so he doesn't get angry. :)
Anyway, you mentioned other places which have markings for perfect alignment. Please show these other alignment markers in a separate video.
71 model need or any old models apart from UCE need either 10 or 11 o clock position...12 is very dangerous ...specially for these oldies...it can hurt your calves or ankle very badly... yeah i know about that gap...can't help it now... thanks....about other alignment points definitely i will post very soon. working on it step by step..

Over tight clutch wire or damaged clutch n friction plates. Reset the clutch wire adjuster at three points/two points depends on clutch wire. If it works then fine or else check the clutch unit by opening it. Thanks.
