Join me on an absolutely amazing flight from Florence Tuscany to Zurich Switzerland.
Clear skies throughout the flight, a very turbulent / windy take off in Florence taking us across Italy, Milano, Como,Lugano, Lago Maggiore, then straight over the Alps towards Lake Lucerne and the city of Zurich, all stunningly visible on a very clear day.
Sorry, I did not know which part of the video footage to skip, so this is my longest flight movie uploaded ever. Hope you enjoy as much watching it as I did sitting on that plane. Enjoy !
Super film!
This is my favourite medium sized plane. I've only flown on it once from London City Airport to Amsterdam, but I'll never forget how smooth it was. Everything from the takeoff, to the main leg and landing was on point.
Spectacular, well done, my first flight was abord a BAE 146, predecessor of the Avro in 1990, fond memories of this plane, wish my views out the window were as good as this.

I love this little aircraft! It's sad to see them go! This flight was beautiful! I remember on a descent into Budapest we went over the Alps over Austria and then over Lake Balaton. I also flew on this aircraft once with Brussels Airways to Budapest.
I hate heights, even watching this gives me chills.

Was that Milan around the 8 minute mark and the lake distric (Lake Como) around the 9 minute mark? I thought Zurich was at the 25 minute mark but then the plane kept going. -- Couldn't have asked for a clearer, more beautiful day to fly over the Alps. Simply spectacular scenery! Thanks for sharing...

In many shots (especially during take-off and landing) your camera is focusing on the engine rather than the landscape. Otherwise, awesome scenery.
+Altansukh That's because at higher altitude he can focus his camera to the scenery farther below, and at lower altitudes, while taking off and landing, it wouldn't make sense for him to do that.

Painfully slow climb rate......With two engines it would have been much cheaper to buy and operate.

It was designed to operate from high altitude high temperature environments with short runways hence the 4 engines and top wing.
