What you described is the intrinsic value of the stock, delta determines the change in price

ok are they technically warrants or are they options. that is are they dilutive, are they shares issued (or treasury stock) by the company or are they bought by the company from the market and then given at the employee's request?

Question of what happens to your options if you leave avoided. Often the case that you walk away with nothing (the share options lapse). Also, if you can afford to and decide to exercise your options after the vesting period, employers often put a buy back clause where they can force a buy back at “fair market value” or even the price you paid (which means exercising them would have been a total waste of time). The above is usually inserted into the middle of a 50+ page document. Senior management and the lawyers who set these up are sneaky fuckers. They as good as set up an exit or nothing share options agreement for you. Still, if you’re lucky enough to join a world beater company you can make millions.

at least, one stock option per week of employment ! That is "poetry inside". C'est commerçifiant, tout autant que la carte de fidélité client. Peut être plus parfois, et toujours, sûrement, pour certains travailleurs.

Scam: private employee stock options are a scam and there is no guarantee that you will ever exercise these options.
