1 kg yellow potatoes
1/2 large red bell pepper
1 medium onion
5 medium hard boiled eggs
3 clove garlic
1/3 cup green olive
1/4 cup olive oil

DRESSING
5 egg yolk
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp wasabi paste
1 tbsp dry parsley
salt and pepper to your taste
and ENJOY!!

1. To try and leave the white in parts?
