this build is so dope, i put mine on a 64x64 lot in san myshuno where the park was... the rest of the lot space has a basketball court and playground for the children in the families i plan to place here. i can't wait to play with this one. thank you again!!!!

how do the sims in the back units get to their house? They would spawn in front of the lot and the pathing to get to their house must be really weird. Sorry if you show this later I'm only partway through the video.
it's not perfect, but they can get there walking from the side of the lot

I wanna use these rentals so badly but for rent is bugged for me. Everytime my sim owns a rental its always stuck at 1 star no matter how much work i put into raising the rent. then when i magically get the rating up then justly evict my tenants to move in sims that can afford the rent prices it either goes back to 1 star or it'll bug out and say all my renters went off the grid and left but the game wont let me move in new tenats. Can't belive I wasted $40 of my hard earned money on this broken garbage.
