  • This 25 minute no talking, low impact cardio walk at home workout is straight up cardio, with no squats, jumping or floor work. The exercises will change every 15 seconds today. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2875 steps.

    Oh Jules, I love the music, it is so upbeat, it makes you want to move. The workout is great, the 15 second intervals are so fun and it keeps you on your toes. We need more of these kinds of workouts.     I really enjoyed this workout!!! I loved how you switched the moves every 15 seconds...kept me paying attention 😄 And I enjoyed the music...reminded me of the music to the step aerobics I did in the 90s...easy to keep the moves with the beat. Thanks for another creative and effective workout!

    Great, fun new format for getting back to it after a week at the beach (I did get some squats in: getting up and down to my sand chair!) I LOVE the 15 second intervals - especially during the harder arm intervals! The music was a great pace for this workout - instrumental only was perfect for the concentration needed to switch movements more often.... but gotta love singing along sometimes, too, during the "dance" workouts! Thanks for your creativity, Jules 💙

    Morning Jules. I love this new cardio workout. Fun and I liked the 15 second round. Thank you 😊. I find that I do exercises every day even if only a 10 minute workout. Otherwise my knees and legs will ache like withdrawal symptoms even though I have walked the dog. These workouts have been a life line since Covid Lockdown here and if its raining 🌧. I liked this music too but love your hit music too. Better than the man's voice that sound spooky and Or breathless! 🥰🙏☺🎵

    Love the bell indicating a change in the stretch; it means I don't have to look up and strain my neck to see when to switch.

    I loved this routine! The time just flew by. Will need to work on the reverse V-step - that was tricky!

    Ooooh! A(another) new favorite! The music is super: great beat and peppy! You get an A+ on having us reverse leading legs on V-steps and In-Outs. Smiling over the tapping foot move as it brings back fun memories of two young, impatient horses who owned me. 😉

    I am so thankful I found your workouts! I suffer from systemic lupus and the severe fatigue and joint pain makes it difficult for me to do high impact, high energy cardio workouts. This is just the right pace and easier on my joints. I love the music, too! Thank you!

    Yes, Virginia-Jules! There is a Santa Claus...NO SQUATS TODAY!!! Music is just the ticket, I like the rock-steady down beat. Sometimes my feet get tangled up with yours, and I'm not always on the same foot. That down beat kept me focused on one foot down, one foot up...regardless of right and left. Good stuff!

    Your easy workout videos have been a life saver for me. I have struggled for years to be consistent with exercise but you have such a variety-I started out slow and have worked my way up.     Fantastic session! The music was super motivating and the whole workout went by so quickly. I really enjoyed the shorter 15-second intervals and the sequencing of the exercises was excellent. A great way to start the week! Thank you for making and sharing all of these excellent workouts.

    Liked the continuity of the music and the intermediate level very much. And changing moves every 15 seconds made me pay attention! It also made the workout go by faster.

    I have recently found your videos as I was looking for some inside walking workouts to do. Recently finished a cardiac rehabilitation program and on my own to continue my new life style. I’m 78 and this is so perfect for me to keep going. Today I did 3 different videos! I love that there is no talking! I focus on your cues and movements and I’m getting better each day. Even if I miss a step I’m still moving!😁yaaaay! Thank you so much! I have a great place to excercise out of the cold wind!

    Love the fast pace. The 15sec intervals really keeps me on my toes mentally. Music was great and up beat. The upper arm opening stuff was really needed after sitting at a computer so much.
