  • Hopefully this video will give you all the info required to successfully carry out any top end or coil related servicing work on your engine, even if you only have basic tools and minimal experience
    The most important things to have a clean tidy workspace, take your time and have the spare parts ready before hand so that you dont have to leave the engine open for any period of time while ordering them.

    Great video Mike explaining the 35 👍🏼 I am like you I have a mechanical torque wrench in my arm because I have the feel and I’m very experienced lol 😂 I always put on camera when it matters most and do my torque specs correctly I wouldn’t worry about the length of the time of the video I think most people want to learn 💪🏼👍🏼🤘🏼

    Hi Thanks for this tutorial. Can I fit this engine in an 1/5 FG Marder

    • @TAYLORRC
      @TAYLORRC  Před 17 dny

      The 35cc will fit all FGs, just bear in mind that you may have to swap over the stock clutch housing from FG stock engine to the 35. Lots of guys have done it now, its just not a direct fit

    Hey mike can that crank case be used so you can set up a head kit to be suited for racing say 30.5????

    Mark from Australia I have a 26cc hpi baja and im having problems with the spark plug oiling up all the time im running 18/1 mix and still have problems any suggestions that could help because at the moment I would rather burn 🔥 it

    • @TAYLORRC
      @TAYLORRC  Před 2 lety +1

      we prefer a 25/1 ratio for all 1/5 engines, and its most likely also to do with your needle settings, so try leaning out your H needle a tad until the plug comes a medium to dark brown when you inspect it after a long full throttle pass
