Omotenashi has to be so amazing on this flight. always amazes me how great the customer service is there. customer service here in America is hit and miss. Cannot you tell you how many times I've been treated so poorly. every person I meet at my job I am incredibly nice and respectful towards because if you have to think about it, that's somebody's mother grandfather brother or sister or cousin and they wouldn't like it if they knew you treated them so badly.

Do they sell the aprons in the catalogue? When I took the vulpix plane from Hokkaido back to Tokyo they had similar theme aprons and you could buy them but it wasn't well advertised so I only noticed when someone else got one!
As far as I know these ones aren’t for sale, but I could be wrong!
