Emma, I swear, I feel like you made this video just for me. It’s been thundering outside all day. I’ve had chronic migraines for ten years, and right now I’ve on day four of a bad one. Thunderstorms and bad pain in general make my anxiety much worse. I’m putting on my SleepPhones, crawling into bed, pressing play, and giving myself permission to recover from the pain - all of it.
You have no idea how much I needed this video right now, in this very moment. This is already healing me - body, mind, and soul.

I feel your pain hun. I get migraines so bad they make me vomit. Plus it sky rockets my blood pressure. The first one I got was in grade 4. I still get them. Threw up all over the school stairs waiting for my mom 😖. You are not alone!

He just finished his last chemo treatment. His platelet count was so low he almost died. :( But now his spirit is a bit lifted because he's out of hospital. I'm not sure if he "gets" ASMR literally and figuratively, but I explained best as I could that the video could help him to relax. Thank you for your kind words.

Autumn or Fall is the best and most beautiful season of the year for me. You get the sun without the heat, and the fantastic colours and displays of nature. The atmosphere is more relaxing and calm. the air more fresh and the cosy nights begin to draw in. It also signals the arrival of my favourite meals and puddings! 😋

hi hun, i have been listening to you for a couple of months now. you're by far one of my favorite asmr channel. im 14 and im diagnosed with adhd; something about your voice calms and relaxes me, to the point i dont feel hyper as usual. i think its because your voice gives me a motherly and warm type of vibe if that makes sense LOL.
i have had trouble sleeping for the longest time because of my adhd, but now since i discovered you a few months back, that problem has become less of an issue. i really look foward to more of your videos.
All right. I’m not usually one to post comments on asmr videos, but this one is too well timed. I just had my very first surgery(a very minor one, but a surgery stil) a week and a half ago which caused me so much anxiety beforehand. Everything went totally fine but I’m not used to the recovery process and it’s come with a lot of ups and downs. I’m only about a minute into this video but I already feel so cared for and relaxed. Thank you, Emma, for somehow always knowing what your community needs. ❤️

It's a year later and I'm in the U.S. during the COVID-19 (whateveritiswecallitnow). I've viewed many of your vids. I've experienced ASMR most of my 65-year life, but never knew what it was until (relatively) recently. (How long has awareness of ASMR been around; I haven't researched it...) Meanwhile, in this video, your hair and makeup are different than I'm used to seeing. This is the look you should stay with; amazingly youthful and lovely. After watching so many artists out here, I can say that you are arguably, the very best! You would have to be a passionate 'fan' of ASMR to be able to deliver such immeasurably sensitive results. ASMR is amazing anyway; providing a nearly-instantaneous access to a profound state of relaxation that I opine would usually be reserved to a more-tedious session of hypnotic efforts, (which in most cases, would require a partner to serve as hypnotist). KUDOS to you for being such a dedicated pioneer in this Art/Science! You deserve all of the love that obviously occupies your entire being, and that you so wonderfully give! Thank you, Dear, Beautiful Heart!!

Hello my beautiful sweet Emma. This is exactly what I need! With the constant dealings with stress, anxiety, physical and emotional pain I go through every single week, I know this video is going to help me big time and I'm going to love it so much. Like I always say, you never fail to help me calm down and relax me. That blanket looks so soft and cozy I just want to snuggle up in it and fall asleep, lol. I was working harder than I thought in physical therapy on Friday and I'm still quite sore from it. They've been trying to help me with my hip pain and chronic headaches since nothing else seems to work. I'm seeing a neurologist for my headaches in October, wish it were sooner though but it's better than nothing I suppose. Thank you so much for another amazing relaxing video. You truly are the best!
