材料Ingredients:
魷魚鬚 1磅Squid tentacles 1lb
雞蛋 2隻 Egg 2pc
低筋麵粉 適量 Cake Flour appropriate
麵包糠 適量 Bread crumbs appropriate
調味料Seasoning:
紹興酒 1湯匙 Shaohsing Chinese Wine 1tbsp
胡椒粉 2茶匙 Pepper powder 2tsp
鹽 1茶匙 Salt 1tsp
