Fun fact the police car in GTA 3 was going to be blue and white but after 9/11, Rockstar did not want the cars to look like the ones of the NYPD so the went with black and white.
You should cover variants of the police cars including - GTA 4 and EFLC: Police cars with variety of fleet, Bravado FIB Buffalo, Mammoth NOOSE Patriot, Brute NOOSE Riot trucks, NOOSE cruisers, different tones of the siren - GTA 5: Police cars with variety of fleet, Albany FIB Declasse SUV, LSPD transporters, Brute NOOSE Riot trucks, Blaine County Sheriff cruisers, border patrols, forest rangers, different tones of siren.
For GTA V, the three different types are based off of real-world police cars Type 1 - Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor Type 2 - Dodge Charger Type 3 - Ford Taurus
You didn't cover all of GTA V's cop cars, you left the Granger, the unmarked Stainer, Buffalo, and Granger, the SWAT can for Each game, and GTA V's different siren tones. You can do that by holding down the horn button while a siren is on.

There's a couple of cars you missed showcasing GTA 5's (and GTA 4's) cars The Sheriffs (Park Ranger and Type 1 with a different skin), and the FIB Buffalo (Used in GTA 4 and certain missions in GTA Online)
