After watching one of your other videos, I slowed my drill waaaayyyy down as well as brace my hand (not just stabilizing it by pressing my forearm into my chest), no more mangled fingertips when using my dominant hand. Still need more practice with my non dominant hand, but only ended up with 2 mangled fingertips last night instead of the usual 5.

The current world situation has caused me to turn my walk-in closet into a teeny nail salon (because I have cats and they don't help me much) so that I can try out the things you teach in your videos, and I would love to try Kiara sky product, but it has always been a little too expensive for my beginner "talent". I definitely think I could do this technique though and I am a sucker for glitter!

I was injured on the job years ago and now have had to quit work and apply for disability. This caused my depression and panic/ anxiety attacks to worsen. So I tried different things to keep busy. I found you on you tube and just love love love how you truly teach us to use the products. Kiara Sky is such a great product I see from other you tubers. But since I’m beginning on working on self love I wanted to learn how to do nails. I can finally wear them!! My job always made it hard to wear nails daily. I also am having to face the reality that disability may not go through and I need to find a new career since I can no longer handle Corp America or work in my feet. I love nails!!!!!! Always have. I bought a cheap kit off amazon to practice with. I would love to go to school to learn to be a nail tech but I can’t afford it right now. Good luck to everyone entering! Doing nails is always a fun way to pass some time (especially these days)... I've watched a couple of gelly nail videos and can't recall having ever seen anyone put glitter on their natural nail and then encapsulate it afterwards with the gelly tips. (I prefer my nails to be smooth in the end, but the dust from filing to get it smooth gets kind of annoying to deal with after a while.) I always wondered how that (encapsulating with tips) would work out and what the final outcome/product would be like. This video totally answered that question, lol! Thanks Suzie :)
Side note, I wish the almond kit would come back in stock. It's always sold out when I check and would love to try my hand at playing around with the kit one day...

Giveaway entry: 👋Hi Susie near Christmas last year I bought a poly gel kit but I couldn’t get the hang of how much to put in the dual forms and wasn’t confident enough to to a paper form so they never really turned out great. I also bite my nails so with any imperfections in the sculpting I would bite them off, however the jelly tips would be much easier for me and a lot less work so I can practice on decorating my nails more, and it would help me with the shape as I use to file for hours to get the right shape. Love Kiara Sky products 💅🏼AND absolutely adore this channel 📺! I've used the Stiletto Medium gelly tips before and have had a great experience with placing them on. To be honest it does take a couple of tries/fingers to get it right especially for a beginner (me), but once you get the hang of it you fall in love. They are pretty durable and look marvelous when polished. When I was young I would constantly bite my nails. My mom tried EVERYTHING she could think of to get me to stop, and nothing worked. She even tried having me get short acrylic nails... I would just bit them off 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ ugh how embarrassing haha! She even tried paying me to get me to stop, and nothing worked. SO, she ended up getting me a set of nail supplies, polishes, tools, files, buffers, all the good stuff. With all of these supplies I was able to make my own art on my nails, and ever since I was about 10 years old I stopped biting my nails. I found that I LOVED doing my own nails! Ever since then I’ve always done my own nails, and I enjoy every minute of it!
I am a professional Makeup Artist, and I work a lot of weddings. So for me, it’s so important that my nails look nice because they are in a LOT of people’s wedding photos 🤣😂🙌🏼❤️❤️❤️

To try it I covered my 5 coat nailpolish thumb nail that has glitter as well,... while in the drive through at McDonalds... the quickest drive through we could find. I painted my nail. Put the bottle in my purse. My daughter and I know that driving will mess up freshly polished nails quick! We used regular and some cheap polish for this. ... it dried before I even knew it! Top coat is nice and shiny and thick enough to cover the bumpy glitter.! It was only 9.00 at my local nail shop with my discount !!!
