2015 ambulance no power and loss of acceleration after 50 MPH!

Todays video is an ambulance that was brought in due to no power and max speed of 50 MPH. What we found was not what we were expecting!

Hey Ray, thanks for helping out and repairing something as important as an ambulance and as rapidly as you did. Your town is lucky to have such a compassionate person with so many skills not only helping with automobile issues, but more importantly your service as and dedication as a paramedic. Back in 1999-2010 Ford e & f250 /350-450-550 powerstrokeshad issues with inside tank delamination...it was a big problem,,,,

Crazy. I worked at a Acura/Honda and took a suv for a test drive for a senior technician. We have a mountain to drive up and test vehicles. It literally felt like fuel cut! I was stuck at 30mp/h in a 50 going up hill🥳
Apparently they had a TSB about fuel pumps not delivering under load. He Replaced the pump and all was good. The tech never said anything about symptoms, just to drive it and tell him the results 😂 scary to drive vehicles when you don’t know what it could do
