We decided to answer all comments in the order they came in, so today we show you how we clean our NFT troughs. We had multiple questions on this topic.
We will keep doing a video every day or two to continue answering all questions, so stay tuned for them.
I don't want the videos to be overly long and dragged out, but if I can cover a couple of questions in one reasonably timed video, I'll definitely do that.
Wayne also mentions that he spoke to Farmer Dre yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed his chat with him.
If you haven't checked out his channel, you may want to do so. He doesn't do Hydroponics, but does pretty much everything else in a big way. He's grows on a much larger scale than us, but he also teaches in a way that the small backyard gardener can learn from.

I now have a greenhouse and growing lettuce and greens because of Wayne sharing his videos on CZcams. It gave me the confidence to try it. You could tell he was a great guy. My prayers to Patti and the family for Gods comfort 🙏🙏

Good morning one-n-all, I watched a video of yours the other day on Chinese Long Beans. I was happy to see that you grew them but I would enjoy another video on start to finish on these long beans. I live in Upstate New York, growing zone 5B and want to grow my own and need all the help I can get.

What? I was just catching up after a long 2 weeks at work and found this. What's going on am soooooo lost. I hope this family is ok. I love the videos they inspired my wife and I to start our own nft and flood tray as Wayne says it's so easy. I have big fingers too and made a mess of the seeds but my wife said listen to Patty and got me a funnel. Our prayers go out to the family!

How do you figure out how much to plant for crops for recurring customers like restaurants whose orders could easily change week to week and go through busy and slow periods, and then for markets on top of that (when they're on)?
Hi guys, another helpful vid. Was asking myself how to clean this system and BAM!! There it was..lol! Question " Using greenhouse during the summer are you just pulling some shade cloth over clear plastic to reduce heat/light?

Yes we use a white and silver shade cloth much better at cooling the greenhouse than the regular black shade cloth.

Have you tried to grow Chinese Yard Long Beans?
I used to have 4 Arce system i tend to steer away from bleach and used Hydrogen peroxide mixed into your tank water and feed through you normal operation water flow
I don't know if you've answered this before what does the back of the troughs look like? I was curious as to what the solution return looks like. Is it a big long trough? It would have to be interconnected pieces instead of one long one? Thank you so much in advance! Sorry you got bit no fun : (
