Thank you for this useful information, having worked as a Sys Admin, handling licensing and true-ups. This video and website really help, I can't explain it just watch... came in handy as I am writing our justification from going from one license to another, O365 Premium to M365 E5, with Autotune, MDM/Intune, VoIP services, full Defender AV and email filtering/safety.
