Using a spirit level can often make the signage look silly, example if the window is on a hill or the widow is not fitted straight, then the best thing to do is use a tape measure or your eye. This device is a good idea, but in the real world it does not work.

No utility... You can do the same with application tape and some experience (and faster!) It's just a gadget ;)
