The paradox of peace is that you have to accept the negative feelings you to be freed from them. By rejecting a feeling, by telling yourself you shouldn't/don't want to feel a certain way, your perpetuating it. I don't have to be alive right now, and I actually probably should have died. That sent me on a completely different path. Like shit. I have to live all of it now. I have to see and do everything and fill every day with things that make me happy. Yeah, there is a lot of hurt in the world, but you have to give yourself grace. After my amputation, I got really into journaling and yoga. It was very helpful to me. Once I get my prosthetic I'm going to start running again.

I surely do. Sometimes I’ll just be out maybe talking to a friend or so, and I can just see a person come around or come near us, and they think you’re friends or maybe just can talk to each other. But I don’t feel the same way. I have to wait for my time, cause the place I’m at now, it’s just not for me. I really appreaciate your videos, and you’re just so majestic.

Love fam I been wanting throw in the towel on myself can be diff hit until I learn to truly sit with myself on my own skin I just got out long term relationships and was leaning on others for my loneliness within the company I been missing all i Along was neglect self , just because it’s hard don’t means time give up finally understand it’s ok have vulnerability alone till have trusted person I wear my heart my sleeve and have to lose that expectation that other will always give the same in return
I relied on someone to give me peace for 2 years and they recently kicked me out of their life. These past few months i have been my least stable and healthy mental state. All i can say is, thank you. Ima fight as hard as i can. 💪
