Possibly the best guitar solo I’ve heard in 12 years of owning a music venue! Keep Watching!

  • Canadian guitarist, singer, producer Ariel Posen played at Fat Lil’s in Witney, UK on Tuesday 4th February 2020. I knew he’d be good because he used to be in Brothers Landreth, but didn’t expect to hear this incredible, dynamic solo. Combining slide techniques, finger picking, dissonance and a fuzz tone to die for. It builds and builds. I was totally blown away! And I think it is possibly the best (to my taste) I’ve heard in all the years of owning the club.

Hello NASA. This kinda be a breaking news, but i found a comment saying that there was a living creature from another planet. He got a weapon that produces some weird sound. And I saw that all the people around was hypnotized by that sound.

You know that feeling when you know you're witnessing something special, but you don't realize it until it's almost over? Yeah... I bet everybody in that joint felt that at about the 4:45 mark.

@@Z4ub3r Then you missed what « guitar skills » really are… What is the point of being able to play every scales and master the most difficult technics if you are not able to write anything ?
The build up for this solo is godlike, a whole story has been told, emotions and smart choices of intensity… Not very technical indeed but wins hands down against any of nonsense shredders
He got the crowd silent during the whole performance, everybody was captivated and lost into every note of his solo. That is insane guitar skills if you ask me
