Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on 26 October 2004 for PlayStation 2, and on 7 June 2005 for Microsoft Windows and Xbox. The game takes place in 1992 within the state of San Andreas, which is based on sections of California and Nevada. It comprises three major fictional cities: Los Santos corresponds to Los Angeles, San Fierro corresponds to San Francisco, and Las Venturas corresponds to Las Vegas. The environments around these cities are also based on settings within the Southwestern region of the United States. Players can drive up the half-mile (800 m) tall Mount Chiliad (based on Mount Diablo), parachute from various peaks and skyscrapers, and visit 12 rural towns and villages located in five counties: Red County, Flint County, Bone County, Tierra Robada, and Whetstone. Other notable destinations include Sherman Dam (based on the Hoover Dam), a large secret military base called Area 69 (based on Area 51), a large satellite dish (based on a dish from the Very Large Array), Vinewood (based on Hollywood) and the Vinewood sign (based on the Hollywood sign) which is located in Mulholland, and many other geographical features. The bridges in San Fierro are based on the Forth road and rail bridges which link Edinburgh, the home of Rockstar North, to Fife although the road bridge is highly similar to the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. San Andreas is 13.9 square miles (36 square kilometres), almost four times as large as Vice City and five times as large as the Grand Theft Auto III rendition of Liberty City. The three cities are linked by numerous highways, a train system, and air travel. While its predecessors' areas were limited to urban locations, San Andreas includes not only large cities and suburbs, but also the rural areas between them. - Hry

The parachute is basically a wingsuit in Breaking the bank at Caligula's casino

Its because the height of caligulas is not rly high enough thats why u can't parachute to the helipad. Mistake here by rockstar

The parachute physics in the heist is ridiculously fun. I hope someone makes a mod to activate this parachute physics anytime in the game
there are many modded version where you can enable and disable this parachute at anytime, in any place. Now I see where did they take this physics.

@@marcocuccurullo8347 they dont secretly "update" it. It would alert your steam if they do have updates. And if you have a illegal copy of the game it doesn't update at all. The thing is, they cant update without your consent

6:30 holy crap... Is this why I literally never could make it to the helicopter all these years? I'd open the parachute immediately and never make it. I'd would always have to steal a car and drive back. I thought the game was broken for this part.

Years ago I didn't open the parachute and it was the only time I made it. I though I was a bug, not a feature haha

Plenty of those things are just recaps, main difference is how "pretty" does it look like, transitions, subtitles etc. Look at TheJizzy he ain't discovering anything new in GTA San Andreas but shows the same easter eggs/bugs etc again but with in his own style.

Dude same. Every playthrough I'd try and I'd open the parachute immediately and never make it. I legit thought this was just a broken mission mechanic. I'd always have to steal a car and drive back.

Actually, when you get the chopter in the casino mission, instead of flying to the marker at the plane's graveyard, you can just fly straight up some distance and then jump out and you can easily freefall to the marker

For the Vehicles slowing down on roads this is actually for the player to traverse not to fast since ps2 or any other hardware at the time could not load the city so fast

I always thought that was the reason the streets don't cross the whole city, because then the game could not load as fast as you traversed it
ACTUALLY, this might be the "kerb boosting" trick in effect, which is very prominent in GTA V, since that game features Online racing as an activity. Essentially, due to vehicle physics, running over a bump increases your speed. Could it be this in effect?

I love this series just keep making these.
Sadly I already knew all of these, though mostly because I picked the game up because of the speedrun. Also I learned the parachute thing the hard way, but thank god you can just use any vehicle if you miss the jump.
I'm happy I kept a save that allows me to replay the Caligulas heist mission. I didn't know the parachute thing at all and it's crazy!

imo, there should be mod for PC to change the physics for shits and giggles
@@bliczb8772 people would have to reverse engineer the game engine just to chang the physics which I'm gonna tell you: it's really hard. And if they do did it, releasing it to the internet is illegal

In breaking the bank at Caligula's, I just landed on the road and escaped in a car. Btw I completed all the missions in gta sa including zero's missions (doing them first time, I thought they were compulsory 😅) and driving school. Thanks to your tips and tricks!

Similar to how I always have fun at the end of Stowaway seeing how far I can make it after being dropped from well above the normal game ceiling

For the last one, if you actually walk off the roof of Caligula's (instead of jumping it) you shoudn't have any problem opening the parachute. These physics are fun, however.
