Yo this game is solid, hope they continue this franchise and make more games because this style of action rpg is incredibly fun.
The fact that the small child can just fire off nukes is really funny to me.

I wasn't expecting Io to be so fun lol. I'm not really into mage / caster type characters and I never once considered playing her, but I decided to give her a try since she was already in my starting party. And wow I never expected her to be so fun. In fact every single character feels so good to play

I was having so much fun with this game and then I hit the Terminus grind. I have done over 120 Proto Bahamut and not a single weapon I wanted has dropped. This game is so much fun but I have to tap out and wait for new content.

I think it is to early for this but someday...we need a Video that shows at how much atk skills it hits the damage cap on each unit with each strong attack.

I've played 8 hours of Io since this video dropped, ngl I sidelined her as soon as I could when starting the game, but I genuinely will probably main her. She's so much fun, the smooth transition into the next spell is what I love in a spell caster.
Io is literally if FFXIV Black Mage was actually fun

I had recently downloaded the demo and lwt md just say thst i love her gameplay.
In these types of gsmes i preffer to play as the healer or trh magic caster becsuse to me it is the coolest type to play and fits mt mind set while letting the AI handle the sword fighter.

I wanna cover everyone and some characters have better resources than others, when I decided to do Io, Maygi's guide wasn't even out yet or else I probably would have done someone else, ideally wanna cover characters first that don't have great resources available (or really popular characters)

I want to cover all characters eventually if these continue to do well so I'll likely do that if it's optimal to her gameplay.
yeah man im super interested to see his experimenting with some of the more complex character mechanics. Kat might be a sleeping giant i havent seen anyone reliable get 100% ares uptime without having dodge ruin it

I just started playing not that long ago. And I think Io will be the first I take to cap and main. As a BLM in ffxiv she is one of my people.
I'm still making my way through the epilogue quests and when I see any mission that has an objective 'Clear within x minutes' I'm just like... "It's going to take much longer than that isn't it..."
Hopefully they add Yule to the roster of characters after the first two get added.
would you recommend crit hit rate+ over lucky charge +? Since with one lucky charge most of my attacks get to 100% and I have an extra sigil slot.
lucky charge won't affect your skills which still do a lot of damage but the extra slot could be nice also. Really depends i would say
Enel, have you considered counting and talking about each skill's exact base cooldown time for a slightly more informative guide that'd stand out a bit from others?
I could, would this actually be useful to have in a guide though? Not sure most people are keeping track of exact cooldowns in combat.
Maybe? It's just an idea that might give people a clearer understanding of how effective any sigils that reduce cooldown actually are
I've been told War Elemental only applies to attacks that actually have an element to begin with (like skills with an element icon), so does it even do anything for your basic attacks and finishers?
basic attacks and finishers use the element of your character

Stupid question, I finally dropped the terminus weapon for Io yesterday and upgraded it 4 or 5 times now but it does not glow like yours 😂 do I have to upgrade it to max for it to glow? 😅 because I also dropped Ids weapon and it glowed from the start.
uhh probably? I don't actually pay that much attention to visual effects like that

Pretty sure just having lvl 15+1 stamina is enough to touch the cap. As for skills like your flowery seven, I suggest using skilled assault to touch its cap

Great guide these are so helpful. But wow i am not a fan of having to run damage cap on EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER! I wish they designed it so each character simply has their own hidden damage cap like it is now, but its sooo high up there you only barely reach it, and no need for a sigil slot dedicated to it in the first place. As is the OG damage caps are just too low. Even support characters have to run the sigil its so stupid.
wish you would also include how to optimize them as a AI
I can't really answer this cause I play online mostly and don't really know the details of how the AI acts that well.

I started building her just an hour ago after being completely done with my Narmaya. What are the odds.
Also I realized how complex Io as a character really is but how much dmg she can put out by watching some guides.
Really looking forward to building her. Maybe when your next video drops I am able to build the next char, tho at this crazy pace you are uploading I don't know if that is even possible.
Question during the stargaze weaving portion you were saying to unleash a lvl 2 stargaze every time u obtained an orb however in the actual video showcase I only see u charging a lvl 1 stargaze. Should I be following what ur saying or what ur showing?
you don't "charge" a level 1, that''s just the instant cast, if you charge one bar, it's a level 2.
How do you manage to have so many characters maxed out dude , I just “finished” whit my Narmaya and can’t bring myself to grind again for another character :(
a lot of grinding. a lot LOL, takes like a day to get another character.
Dude I hate it so much , all the characters are so much fun I wanna play them all but it takes forever to fully upgrade just one 😭

not really, they just require ferry and 3 strong dps to abuse SBA windows
I find it sad that all characters are built with the same traits and strats overall. Every character ends up with skills that are never used and very repetitive gameplay to do good damage.
I really wished the game arrived for actual player choice at higher level.
Why does Io even have a normal attack for example if it's never a good thing to use it? It's just weird.
I mean sometimes skills can be interchangeable and characters can value different offensive traits like Io wanting the sigil that lets her charge faster, but a lot of the best traits are the best for a reason.
@@EnelXC I don't disagree but compared to a lot of other multiplayer RPG it feels a lot more restrictive because of poor endgame balancing. I'm probably in the minority not liking it but it's never fun to me when there's only one optimal play to play any given archetype.
