More long term parks should provide en-suite pitches with en-suite kitchen facilities would be great too so that one’s caravan is only used as a bedroom and living room. It should also have more disabled friendly facilities to cater for frail or older people who wish to live permanently in their caravans. Perhaps, it could be converted into a retirement park with some nursing/medical facility as well.
