- A courageous pitch by sisters, Sky and Kia Ballantyne as they present their innovative gadget Crikey Bikey, a harness to help parents teach kids to ride a bike safely without physical contact to the bike seat.
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

Hmm well thats pretty close to a harness i guess...
Even a velcro head handle would work.
Here in the Netherlands we just put newborn babies on bikes and hope they’ll make their ancestors proud by not falling off. It’s like Sparta, with bikes

Hi kids. I’m jenny. I love your energy, your profit margins are great, you’re very likeable, overall I can’t fault your pitch, very investable, and for that reason this one’s not for me and I’m out.
@john wright
laughed so hard I cried
These jokes are getting old but this was a good chuckle🤣
@john Wright - always gets a LOL
Very good saying Kids... For fill your dream. Seems great, not many Kids out their are brave to bring their guts here. The business itself could be copied easly. I'd like to see you lot grow.
Jenny Campbell - You're very busy. You seem to be everywhere! When are you coming back to Dragons' Den? We miss you.
Surprised tuka didn't offer them office space 😂
I heard he has a warehouse of indians who can answer calls like absolute legends too.
@@nuck- everyone has a warehouse of indian answering calls these days.

@@nabs3178 Amazon, BT, Hutchison three, pretty much all the big companies.
I think the dragons handled this well (especially Deborah), there wasnt a sympathy investment, but at the same time they made it clear to the kids that they did a brilliant job.
I absolutely agree!
Debra never invest's in anything anyway, dont know why she's even there🙄
J Pecco do you mean Jenny?
@Pol Fartin thats an overly simplistic way to look at it. The dragons will invest if they can make money from the buisness in a reasonable ammount if time.
However a buisness could still be successful and the owners could enjoy a lovely life from it (taking money as a salary), but an investor would get enough return fast as that is taking from the profit of the buisness.
@Pol Fartin running a little buisness is brilliant, of course some will have bigger ambitions, but nevertheless its still brilliant, especially for their age working with their parents
The way they speak reminds of learning cheesy scripts for assembly's back in school
Yet they did a lot better than the 80% of adult pitchers on youtube who seem to be sweaty, heavy breathers high on coke, barefaced liars, about to have a heart attack or forget what they wanted to say.

Just realized that I was neglected as a child. I was left to fall off and get on again till I could ride.

My dad held the back of my bike but his back is fine ........
Why do we fall Bruce?
same and it's for that reason, i can't ride a bike
lol same. I never had "stabilizers" or anything.
I didnt realise the kid sitting on the bike was a dummy until 4 minutes into the video😂

Those kids know more about their business than most adults do when they go on the show. Impressive
Amazing what a stable, well monied upbringing can give folk!
This harness would actually be incredibly helpful for kids with disabilities to ride a bike. Especially dyspraxic children who take forever to get their balance.
Exactly what I thought! As a key worker in a school supporting children with needs, this product would be very useful!
Exactly what I thought! whilst it might take able bodied children just an afternoon it took me years because of my disabilities.
Dragon: “I’m out”
Mother: “So you have chosen. Death!”
Lol
LOLOL I have made that joke before.. something like that.. hold on I'll find that. because I remember what dragons den video I said it on.

Props to Peter for buying one to encourage them, something so simple but makes a huge difference to childrens growth.
wont make them a millionaire at all. he is probably buying it to inspect and give it to his product designers.
@@jasonj5579but yet this was three years ago and even then they had made £339.83 without there help so still a lot of money tho
Very switched on kids, well mannered and parents should be proud. I think it’s really good to get them involved. As someone with my own business I think I would have got where I am a lot quicker with this sort of encouragement.
Edit: oh and the comment section here is horrible...full of the bitter and jaded
Steve Powell No the kids are scripted and the only reason the parents bring them along is to make the investors forced to pay up because not doing otherwise would ‘hurt their feelings’ and make them ‘depressed’ or whatever
@@vaultboyasksquestions5517 You've clearly never dealt with kids.
@@vaultboyasksquestions5517 I agree with you and no can say I clearly have never dealt with a kid before because I am a kid
Steve P It's called humour. I guess you're on the wrong channel.
Mum - "girls go and do the pitch and if that fails then I will stare 👀 them into investing "
Wow ! Those two girls presented so well. I bet their parents are beaming with pride. Well done

We need more kid pitches. They weren't nervous, shy or incoherent. Better than most of the adult pitches by far.
If Jenny was there...
"You're bright, you were formal for your age and you have a great idea. For that reason... I'm out!"
Peter jones bought one so his wife can teach him to ride a bike
Its a scary realisation that those two kids seem smarter than the majority of adults I know
Oh trust me, it is scary. They're ultra rare and usually most adults can't explain their business clearly.
Very well spoken not really smarter this can lead to confusion from other watching, and it was quite an easy pitch to explain.
That may say more about the adults you drink with.
The school kids must be scared out of their minds.
Right 😂, she look kinda high tbh 😂😱
Imagine getting her angry in class the students would be shitting themselves
We were dw 😳😂
lol..whats wrong with her eyes
Kids like that have such a huge head start in life, they articulated themselves very well, credit to the parents.
I cannot believe how confident and well presented their pitch was. It was flawless. There's countless businessmen and women who come in and fall apart!
Normally because they have to face real questions.
@@davidjames579 But even before the questions start and they are just describing their product, many people just fall apart !
@@Mike-jl2kp Because they know what's coming, and the level of attack. Childhood optimism and a cosseted upbringing protect you from that, and the Dragons were never going to do a serious breakdown.
Nice kids but a pretty basic product , you could just use a backpack
Or a carrier bag
Or nothing at all, just let the kids figure out how to balance
Especially for £19.99
Claire Foxwell they make 16 pounds per purchase!!! For a fancy handbag with the sides cut out 🤣
Or like... A hoodie...
Surprised about mom being a teacher. I thought I have seen her in the last walking dead series
Mf 🤣🤣🤣
It should be illegal to have that much confidence and articulation at such a young age
Brilliant. Mum and Dad supporting their kids and clearly not telling them to shut up and go away with their silly ideas. Despite no investment, the experience those two kids have gained is incredibly valuable. Well done mum and dad!
You actually have a patent?
Daughter: Yes.
Mum: It's patent pending.
At that point, the Daughter knew she...
The kid had already said that they'd applied and asked for acceleration.
F*cked up and was going to get 3 million lines... I must not mess up on the dragons den. Lol
She was starved for months and given the Carrie treatment after that mistake.
So the future is bright because two young girls from a well off family invent something that is not needed or really worth anything.
ikr
WiFi Adjustable-Wobble Stabilisers are surely the Future of Early Cycling : )
Did you make the 'well off family' assumption from their accent or do you know them? They're mum's a teacher...that doesn't scream 'well off'.
A normal Christian how are they from a well off family?
I think it was more their professionalism and demeanour at such a young age to be honest.
This was just wonderful - two youngsters pitching better than many adults - with a very touching helping hand from a Dragon.
I'm still in awe.
I've watched probably a hundred episodes and tucar Suleiman ( hope it is not completely butchered spelling) but I'll insist until the end of all he's the morally best and at the same time most likable person on the show
Free promotion from Touka.
you could see the kids dreams almost get crushed when they came to the realisation from the dragons that their patent is as good as nothing.
Good move dragons.
you have given the future a chance. and wise words from Deborah, easing out the pain of rejection of their idea.
but these kids will go far in the future.. they have good business acumen.
Not really. They screwed up the Patent situation. I wouldn't hire them.
I wanna know how terrifying the mother looks when she's fuming!
If the mum could take the gittish smile off her face......
This isn't actually a school PTA meeting.
she is possed ig.. i am terrified
I like the way mom pats the daughter on the back as they walk back to the lift. I bet after not getting an investment and when the cameras were turned off, that pat turned into a crack right up the gob
No canapes tonight.
This legit made my heart full ..what amazing young girls and credit to their parents they did a great job ♥️♥️♥️♥️
The idea was rubbish a school bag does the same
What incredible children. They really know their stuff and are already entrepreneurs. Great future!
Ik. Very good at reading the script.
My dad put a rope around my neck and said every time you fall you're getting choked took me 2 hours to learn.

Say what you will about the tactics, they knocked it out of the park. Damn they pitched that well, and they’re absolutely adorable
I mean they turned up and were children. Bit manipulative to get kids to say your words.
Well done to these kids for coming & pitching up at their age with such accuracy & knowedge in the product
£19.99 is quite expensive for that product. I would not pay that but it's a good product. You can stand more freely and upright so you don't get a bad back and stand more comfortably
I dont think the kids should be allowed in the room for negotiations.
Why? It’s their product.
I do... There are currently children who are their age and younger, who own/run successful businesses, and also super rich adults who started their businesses at these girls ages, and younger
That boot buddy inventor wasn’t allowed in the room because of his age.
Don't worry they were thinking about ponies by then.
Very impressive kids. They will go a long way.
"If that's the future of our country that makes me proud to be British" Indeed, British people exploiting the Chinese does bring joy to me XD
More like Chinese govt exploiting the Chinese
China knowingly became the centre of global trade for a reason, imagine thinking this is exploiting China
How's the economy doing now after the lurgy lol
Ong this is amazing, I have pain issues and wish I'd had this when my daughter was little, you should be really proud of what you have achieved, such grown up young ladies, well done
i loved the look on peters face when the youngest started talking about how she decided to invent the product
he was like 😮 can i adopt this child🤔🤔
Talk about exploiting your children for investment 😂😂
I know, Mum was hoping to sell them for more.
If you think they're cute you should see the kids who manufacture their products!
Parents new it was a useless idea so got the kids to pitch for sympathy
@@HH_1988 im guessing they made a comment about the spelling of new?
@@HH_1988 yeah i figured that was the case, I don't know why people get embarassed about mistakes to the point where they feel it's necessary to delete their comments

What magnificent children who would make any parents proud.
Ye
I used to get confused between Tulkar and Theo the Fetus 😂
Those kids presented better than 99% of the adults I have seen on there. I would have invested in them in that alone.
0:02 The mans reaction is priceless! 🤣😂😅
Such a loving wonderful family, I wish them all the best 😇
These kids are more mature than most adults I've seen!
love how every single pitch on show eventually goes to a shot of Touker's bemused expression.
Good idea by children. Let's have other children produce them in China or the Phillipines.
Jenny: You two young entrepreneurs have a bright future and for that reason I’m out.
Great pitch. One of the best I've seen on this show.
Sweet kids and did a lot better in the den than a lot of adults do. Probably do a lot of presentations at school.
Wow, how remarkable they are. Bless
Those two are going to make it big congratulations very bright!
It's great to see kids inventing and trying to take it further in this world, even if this takes off a little bit it could pay for there university education which will still lead to a better future.
I know there would be no way i could bend over if my niece needed a bit of support because of my spine so this would be great.
I also think they might be missing a market by maybe not looking into kids with special needs were these harnesses could be adapted for different needs like when a child with needs go horse riding.
I hope they get a big order and do great.
Wow these little girls are fantastic!!
A massive win in all aspects, great job!
The product is shit. Could just put s backpack on
The mum looks like a live-action Dr Seuss character 👀
Who cares about the product, the wonderful part is an insight to how engaged the next generation are. Well done ladies!
The majority are not like those girls
Mum's on the devils dandruff
I learned to ride a bike with stabilisers on my own when I was a kid.
I think an adult running alongside me, ready to yank me off my bike at the first sign of danger, would have slowed down my learning curve a lot.
Fair play to them for trying. They seem smart so I'm sure they will progress to more and more useful ideas.
This was honestly a very wholesome pitch,
If that's the future of our country that makes me proud to be British, and because of that... I'm out.
“She’s a teacher”
Awh mate imagine being a poor kid in her class
You don’t do the homework and she stares at you and you drop dead
*Her mum's a teacher??!!?*
They're articulate and very well spoken
Honestly. So amazing. Happy that that dragon pledged to support
Dragons den producers: "Congratulations Jenny we would like to offer you a contract for next seaso..."
Jenny: "sorry to interrupt you but I'm out"
It was a case of two amazing parents totally supporting their children, I can not stand negative people! I just loved this x
Lol. Using their kids as a front. It's a well known tactic in kid's products.
No, these parents are pushy parents and are producing future heroin addicts
Wonderful gesture of support to young entrepreneurs. Because of their hard work they have been given a chance to be successful in life at an early which will to them having amazing careers. Well done and hope you sell many units and with the confidence gained come up with many more terrific ideas...
Until they have to deal with real world problems. Life's not a colouring book, and Helicopter Parents.
1:23 that "thank yeouw" is well cute lol
They didn’t get the investment, but damn those kids were orders of magnitude better at pitching and answering the Dragons’ questions than many of the adults that come into the Den. Regardless of whether this product in particular is worth anything, those kids are going places for sure.
Great presentment and articulation, a worthy lesson for the future
- Outrageously cool!
Two lovely young ladies. Wish you all the best 👍
It's a backpack without storage space
awfully cringy pitch can tell they're parents have sat with them for ages to make it perfect, just because they're kids doesn't mean its a good idea
I know the parents used the kids so they could get sympathy
*their
RusCIart I believe it was the kids who really wanted to do it and the parents supported them and of course they trained their speech just like any adult.
Rosa Mística I don’t agree what kids of that age even watch dragons den
You cannot teach children that confidence, that came from the children , other wise everybody would do it
I see two problems with this product:
1. This is attached to just the kid, not to the kid and the bike. The concern Peter had is still valid because if the bike wants to go faster than you intend to then you're relying on the grip the kid has on the bike. If the kid isn't holding on the bike well enough you may drag the kid away from the bike and may cause injuries.
2. The asking price of £19.99 even though it includes delivery still sounds way too much for something that you won't use for long. It's cheaper and safer to just spend more time with stabilisers (which most kids bikes included with no extra cost) rather than to use this to learn without the stabilisers.
I’m going on dragons den to self promote my channel 😂
Those girls were amazing. They will be very successful in life. Great job girls!!👏👍
"she's a teacher"...... Lol @moms face
What incredibly intelligent children! Absolutely remarkable.
