You never know how close someone is to the end of their rope, and not getting his paycheck put him over the edge. He threw his whole life away because of his mental breakdown. You never know how close someone is to snapping.

II never understand why construction workers destroy the stuff they just worked on. Like the guy destroying the bathroom. If everything was done properly, they can put a lien on the house. Maybe it takes too much time and they couldn't afford to wait since most construction guys usually aren't very good with their money
Has nothing to do with managing their money. Putting a lien on the house is only effective if/when the owner sells the house. And in litigation they might get a third of what the job is worth. So some take matters into their own hands and destroy or dismantle their work. I’ve seen landscapers dig up trees, remove sod and tear apart hard scapes. I’ve seen decks dismantled.

She doesn't skate anymo and got in & out safely. woot... She thanked me last year for the grace & balance skating gave her... She quit i didn't & i turned 50 couple months ago.. GenX ftw!
