Between approximately minutes 15 - 17 he says he had gotten 4 shots (for disease which must not be named). A blood test showed contaminants and fibrous strands of tissue which are known results of these shots and have caused many blood clots, heart attacks, and aneurysms. None of the details of cause of death will ever be widely publicized. Unfortunately, the comprehensive therapies prescribed by his doctor, apparently were not helpful.

He also had a rather unhealthy lifestyle though. Year-round shredded, liters of coffee (cafeïne) per day and steroid use (minimal, but still bad). Together with a genetic defect that runs in his family + the 4 shots that clearly f'd up his blood is just a time bomb.
Edit: he was drinking de-caf. Sounds like it was mostly genetics + additional factors (4 shots + peds).

This guy is easily my favorite fitness influencer and has been for years at this point. He’s just so transparent, never bs’s and has such a funny lovable personality. He gives such useful unconventional information when it comes to diet and training also.

I just woke up & saw the news. Immediately came to rewatch this. An aneurysm at 30 doesn’t sit well with me. I lost an old colleague of mine whom became like a second mother to me from aneurysm. I had literally talked to her only days before he aneurysm & I remember her being so full of life still. Aneurysm’s don’t discriminate & they happen at the most random time. I’ve seen Jo all over social, never really watched much of his content but the things I did see of him, he was always so motivating & his energy was contagious in every clip he was in. Ugh. I’m tired of all of the wrong people getting taken… RIP Jo.
