tbf i knew a girl who was in soccer and softball and she was in insane shape naturally. Like to the point if she trained in weight lifting and ate properly fully she wouldve been a savage. So, yeah believe it or not some people are athletic before gear use. Phil Heath was a d1 athlete prior which helped him tremendously once he got on gear.
It’s so disappointing that she is still lying about this. She is a legend in the sport even if she admits to it. Everyone on her level of success is on them.
But if she admits it will keep women from being afraid of lifting weights because they will “look like men” and keep women competing from having false hopes.

Calling out rich piana and Boston Lloyd is pretty low, due to the fact they tried telling the TRUTH about the industry. Meanwhile she’s far past her peak days, yet still claims natty. What makes her seem so guilty about the natty or not thing is she’s trying so hard and going to extreme measures to prove she’s innocent. To have a body that perfect and as you claim you had no idea what you were doing that’s very suspicious. Yeah idc about her today…her back in 2013 when she was at the peak of her physique and popularity was NOT NATURAL. Nowadays she looks smaller and softer and isn’t lifting crazy 100lb dumbbell chest presses as a 130lb chick (which she did in like 2013/2014).
