Like a week ago, my boat sank (I was playing wurt so it’s all good) and when you crash, you respawn on the closest body of land. That body of land just so happened to be the moon quay. I accidentally found the moon quay lol

Here is a similar story: I was playing DST with 2 other ppl from a discord server and the Wanda decided to revive our dead maxwell (with the second chance watch) but we didnt center the boat on his death location, so he immediately drowned and ended up... On Moon Quay

My favorite past time
This video was great. I like how it released at a similar time that I’ve been binging your videos. This would’ve been especially useful to me a few weeks ago, who got back into DST and had trouble finding Moon Quay.
Also, suggestion? I think it would be cool to see a 100 days on Moon Quay island video!

The funny thing is how Random worldgen is in DST (I mean I was on a world with Lunar Island right next to Moon Quay!) But of course each corner of the map is super hard to deal with when you have one idiot, one semi competent person with inventory and food problems, and one actually good player on one wooden circle... Oh GOD
It is pretty random but there is still a 1/3 chance for it to be a bottom so 💀
mad respect for you man. moon quay is such an annoyance, at random pearl and ck can be right next to it, and i have hated that dumb island since the day it was introduced. and then when i try to find it, even with hostile flare on the ocean i cant get shit so... yea that fucking island is annoying as shit

I remember finding a monkry island before lunar island as Woodie once, mainly because I had no clue of lunar location and I started in a random spot

You don’t want to know how many have fallen to my hands.
I was so hoping that someone would finally figure it out. But nice try. The only current known way, which is the pirate raids, is just so unreliable and random. I hope someday we can find an actual marker from main land to easily find that dang island.
Have you tried comparing the island location to the location of the X marks the spot treasure thingy?
Yeah I feel like there is a way I might have missed🤔 I did obsess over trying to line things up a bit too much I might have not seen something. Might have to do it again 🥹

It’s on my pc I just put it away but basically grassy and forest turf are the most common, (including small patches like the one where Macnuts spawns) and the least common was rocky biome literally 0 times 💀
