日本のラーメンも、鹿児島県は牛骨でスープをとりますが、スープは美味しいけど凄く匂うんだよね。野外で作って食べるのは正解です。
日本のラーメンは、中国の麺料理を和風に改良したんだから似てるのは当たり前なんだけど。骨と玉ねぎ、生姜を深い鍋で煮て、丁寧に灰汁がでなくなるまで取り除くのが同じだなぁと思いました。
