Guys, chill out, nobody uses lard as regular cooking oil nowadays, uncle obviously stated out at the beginning as his wife misses that childhood flavor. And no, eating lard from time to time does not give you bad health.

He meant rice noodles. We use mutton fat, it is very delicious. We call it küzürük. I cooked it myself. According to the food and health doctors is the animal fat natural and very healthy.
