Thanks! Just what need, l lost my 4 first molars, so the lower' second molar have mesial inclination and look like they closed a little bit the spaces of the lower 6'. The upper first molars are extruded with the palatals cuspids and my oclussion is a mess, my oclussal plane is like a horse chair. OMG one Orthodontic and one student messed up my mouth. Any Orthodontic in Miami available to help? IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX MY BAD OCLUSSION WITH A CONTINUOUS WIRE. PLEASE HELP.

Sir how long does it take for a patient to upright second molar with first molar missing for increasing a gap and going for an implant after uprighting?

Hi Dr. ...can I ask you a question.. how can we intrude molar teeth without using any surgical interference even by using mini screw.. because I have a patient with ske. ant. open bite..he occludes only on post. teeth.. but he is afraid of correcting the problem with surgery..
    thank you so much..

I use composite bite riser on the tooth that needs to be intruded, and do not put archwire on it

Sir, my son has horizontal impacted wisdom teeth on both lower sides thanks to braces pulling his teeth forward.
      Any hope for him?
