A bit long and boring other than to Dan and Fred who will use this footage as a baseline for paddle technique improvement. We started with conventional cracked paddles, then reversed them for a better catch, and then had a go with the Hydra-Glide paddle to take the crew out of their comfort zone and think about the paddle stroke cycle: setup, catch, power, recover.
