  • Hello folks! My name is Elena Dovgan. Welcome to my channel. In this video I will show very cool exercises and tips to master your ballroom frame in a couple. I will cover topics like sharpness of angles in the arms, where you should be standing in relation to each other, what your wrists are doing and more. This video is a fast and fun way for dancers on all levels to master their skills. If you are sitting on a sofa or lying on a bed, stand up right now and try it with me. Even if you dance alone imagine that you have a partner or you can use a wall or your neighbor. Come on guys, let's burn this floor!

For those who are really following her instructions, they are great instructors. Wish I could try these moves, however, im still enjoying it. Only kind hearts like this lovely couple would share in so much detail. God bless. ❤❤.

Super technical explanation. Thank you very much. What a pity, that your partner doesn't speak.

3:50, Man’s L arm is very connected to body, very tight; R arm stretched out for the lady, both elbows diagonally stretched for the sharp frame.
Lady stretched the L arm/elbow and the R arm for the shape angle.

Ahaha. It depends what you want to achieve. If it is just for fun than it can be not that hard, but if you compete you can improve all your life and never finish. There is no excellence in dance) Even world champions can improve something
