The second gen Corvette will kill you in the blink of an eye if a Rat is under the hood. It might take a few seconds if a Mouse is under the there. They need modern tires, taller/wider wheels, bigger brakes, lowered rear mono leaf, rear shocks, front coilovers, drop spindles, A-Arms, full bushing kit, steering box, swaybars, heim-joint steering kit. That will let you drive pretty hard with brakes and tires needed to stop short & straight......just say'n.
