There's something missing in our Indian system or society. At least, we are not the best society in the world. Otherwise the Indian people wouldn't have been suffering so much in all areas. We are very wrong somewhere.

Here conditions r such that if an employee dies on job then it only means one thing..one more vacant Position & hope for the thousands of applicants that r lined up in the waiting room for interview that’s it. Forget about supporting each other like I sd real life squid game here employees r only engaged in pulling down each other to climb up that ladder.
I'm 40 year old working women. I lived my 20 years working like a donkey. Work at home and work at office. Still following same routine. I support Genz if they are prioritising their life and mental health. I'm hopeful that they'll change the work culture one day. They are intelligent and innovative.

Not all have luxury to put work aside to focus on their mental health and well-being because if they do so, then those dependent on them will be left with nothing.

हमलोगों की आज की युवा पीढ़ी बड़ी ही आरामतलब और लद्धड़ पीढ़ी है क्योंकि सबकुछ पका पकाया मिल जाता है।यही तो आलसीपन और गिरी हुई सोच है। मां बाप के पैसों पर उछलना और खुद न कमाना ग़लत सोच का नतीजा है।काम सिर्फ पैसों के लिए ही नहीं बल्कि रचनात्मकता और अच्छे योगदान के लिए भी किया जाता है।।

I am millennial... Bt I think in terms of work life balance n personal growth gen z is quite intelligent...they know exactly what they don't want..!! They r having lots of option for earning through digital platform.. which previous generations dont have..!! So its good to focus on mental health n personal growth rather than working for an organisation like a donkey..!!

मैं समझ सकता हूं कि आज के युवाओं पर रोजगार और समाजिक दबाव काफी अधिक है। यह एक जटिल समस्या है जिसके पीछे कई कारण हैं:
बेरोजगारी की समस्या: देश में रोजगार के अवसरों की कमी और युवाओं की बढ़ती संख्या के बीच असंतुलन है। कंपनियां प्रतिभाशाली प्रशिक्षित लोगों को ही नौकरियां दे रही हैं।
शिक्षा प्रणाली की कमियां: कई बार शिक्षा प्रणाली रोजगार बाजार की जरूरतों के अनुरूप नहीं होती, जिससे युवा बेरोजगार हो जाते हैं।
समाजिक दबाव: समाज की उम्मीदें और विवाह जैसे मुद्दे भी युवाओं पर अतिरिक्त दबाव डालते हैं।
आत्मविश्वास की कमी: कई युवा अपने कौशल और क्षमताओं पर संदेह करते हैं, जिससे उन्हें नौकरी पाने में कठिनाई होती है।
इन चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए, युवाओं को अपने कौशल विकसित करने, लचीलेपन दिखाने और स्व-रोजगार के विकल्पों पर विचार करने की जरूरत है। सरकार और शिक्षा प्रणाली को भी संरचनात्मक सुधारों पर काम करना चाहिए। साथ ही, समाज को भी युवाओं पर अनावश्यक दबाव नहीं डालना चाहिए और उन्हें समर्थन देना चाहिए।
