In my opinion, her whistle sounds the best when she's somewhere around the mountain and it echoes off all the mountains. Are you sure? When I went to Tweetsie RR for the Thomas thing about 4 or 5 years ago, #12 was doing all the work.
They used #12 at first then decided to start using #190.
Do they use #12 during some of the Day Out with Thomas days?
