    So why don't you unplug it and show us exactly how you get the water out?

      Hello Fazludin, to get the water out, you need to remove the plug socket at the back and twist the top part (White part) and lift it. You then simply pour out the water, this is the same way you also pour water in. it has a level indicator that lifts up as you pour water and shows when its at max level.

    Hi I got a similar 1.after 10minutes there is a load boiling sound. It feels like it's going to explode. So I just switch it off.
    I'd it normal and I should still leave it on?

      Hi Luke... That doesn't sound too good. Mine would sometimes make a sound but more of a blowing air out sound and it doesn't last too long, just a few seconds then low boiling to quiet again. If yours is making loud boiling sound for a long time, something might be wrong. Try filling it just above half but not full and leave it on... but as soon as you feel that it's not safe, switch it off. Also make sure it's dry between tank and head.
