That's a great point about the pagan's reclaiming the calendar. There are currently more than 150 days dedicated to the LGBT cult. Then there are days like Kwanza, intended to replace Christmas. La vecchia religione never left Italy actually. Naples is one example of city where there were always more practitioners of "the old religion", or or both religions, than of Catholicism. Without the Italian pagan religious background there would never have been Renaissance but rather Protestant Reformation.
I have been in RCIA for over 6 months now and it could take me up to another 12 months before I am actually baptised. But this was inspiring. Happy I didn't take the wrong (lazy) path and become a protestant. Amen.

You described the posture of worship to pagan Gods that is similar to what I see some people, including seminarians do when they enter the chapel of Adoration when our Lord is exposed. They bow down on their knees, head to the floor and their rear end up. Is this the same?? To be honest I always found it offensive and especially when women do it and all you see is their rear. Thank you.
I don't think is the same, but is unnecessary, and maybe a bit of a show off like when Francis does his washing of the feet or all his body on the floor head down before the cross but doesn't kneel for communion and did not let people take communion on the mouth during Pope Benedict xvi funeral mass.
If you are truly in a humble position in front of our Lord you kneel and feel unworthy to be literally in front of Him. And I don't drink,smoke, etc etc and have a chaste life. Going so overboard it's strange.
We need to re examine prayer posture. St Michael in Fatima, knelt prayer and bowed his head until it touched the floor. This is what the seers told us. So some of us like to do this at church. People just need to challenge themselves and not look at anything like body parts, do their own prayers
Here's the thing..love everything they said..both of them..and ppl may think I'm nitpicking but I feel it's important, cuz it's an error a lot of ppl make, Catholic and protestant, but it's fundamentally a protestant view..when protestant, and unfortunately many Catholics now, think of Christ the 👑, they tend to think of Christ as King of the Universe, in some sort of vague kind of sense. And while He is King of the Universe, there is nothing vague, or symbolic about it..and I'm not saying the one guy that's not Jesse believes that, he did say, "He's not king of this, He's not king of that, or of this, or of that, BUT OF THE UNIVERSE"..and that's it, which could indirectly imply everything else, but he specifically stated Christ wasn't king of those things..like America or Europe..but He is!!!.. Christ is alive, right now, like you and I, but in a glorified form, and as such He is a real physical King..and He is the king of everything, especially polity's...like towns, cities, states, countries, etc...they took it literally in medieval times, and before and after..so it's also true now and forever..the man may have been just trying to emphasize the King of the Universe title at the expense of other things, but I felt I needed to say something..but I'm absolutely not trying to be a jerk or anything..I love everything they say and promote it..just felt this needed to be said, as it's a crucial belief of Roman Catholicism..God bless Mary protect +++
I agree. Paganism is wrong. However, the prayer posture of head touching the ground, as St Michael did in front of the seers in Fatima, actually indicates a profound, preferred and more reverent posture for prayer.
Perhaps the most humble posture is the one priests do upon their ordination of face to the ground, lying prone as they say, in physiotherapy which is difficult to do at church. ⛪️

You might find an answer to that by reading some articles or watching some videos of the SSPX regarding the New Mass or by reading some books by Monsignor Marcel Lefebvre. When you start clarifying certain concepts, you'll feel less overwhelm each time. Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment.
No, this isn’t true. Look around your area for the most reverent Mass celebrations you can find, but no parish is perfect. Focus on being holy and being an example to those around you, praying and learning Scripture and the catechism. But Our Lord Jesus is the head of our church. Our Lord Jesus Christ say to us as catholics to always watch and pray so that we will not lead into temptation but He will deliver us from all evil. As Jesus Himself pray for His Apostle Simon Petrus in
Luke 22:31-32 - "Simon Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail; and when you have turned again, strengthen your brethren".
Mathew 5:45 - Jesus teaches us "I say to you lovebyour enemies and pray for those who persecute you".
Mathew 5:11 - our Lord Jesus say to us "blessed are you when men revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on My account".
