She also detailed some events, like kissing women, in her diary. But these are just artifacts of speculation. We can go off these but there isnt a way to know 100% without asking Marilyn herself. Many people accept that she was likely bi or pansexual to some capacity. What we do know is that Marilyn was a different person in private than she was to the public.
@hua5442 there are also alleged romantic letters between her and a pen-pal from her hometown who was a woman. But I've only ever seen them referenced, so I take those with a grain of salt since those can't be proven 🤷♀️
