I hate them. If we want them we can find them easily enough as it is. It just clutters the channel and it just reminds me of channels like Tasty, recycling content.
Surely a community post with kind to the 5 videos is enough?

I like my turkey and rice with lentils and caramelized onions, with a pickled carrot & raw spinach salad on the side. I also buy turkey drumsticks throughout the year and slow cook them in Dark Shiner Bock beer. That makes the base for lots of delicious things. Thank you Chef John for your deep love of cooking. It always shines through on every episode!

My leftovers include turkey and andouille gumbo, turkey pot pie, turkey tetrazinni, turkey enchiladas. If I still have leftovers, I will make turkey noodle soup.

I have not had turkey tetrazinni in years. Some old friends used to make it and have us over for it, and it's been at least 25 years I think since we had it last. If I think to do so, find a part of a turkey, or two turkey drumsticks on sale after the holiday itself and roast it for the meat ahead of time, then have friends over and make it. I think she did the 9x13 baking dish. I'd probably use my Kobestyle casserole (vintage at that) to bake it in.

Cooked down the carcass for soup, casseroles, etc. I like eating the exact same things the day after. I love this manicotti recipe. We sometimes make turkey enchiladas, or turkey shepherds pie, using both stuffing and potatoes. What turkey isn't eaten by then goes in the freezer for the soup.

Not to brag but my Turkey is always succulent and delicious! It’s all good. Family tradition to see them all fight over the leftovers, LOL, although there’s plenty for everyone, LOL. I am kind of sad not to see it too. I learned of this recipe last year right after thanksgiving and finally made it with turkey this past thanksgiving in October. I think Chef Jon is a little shy of his more oriental dishes because he tries to simplify it a little for his audience, but as he explained in his flavour bomb video, his recipes help bridge the gap for the audience to try it out and search for the more authentic taste afterward.

Hey, made the flautas and they were great - and easy. I thought they might fall apart or that the filling would fall out, but that didn't happen. To heat tortillas, dampen a dishtowel, fold that around the tortillas and heat in the microwave. The heat of the microwave can change the composition of a plastic container or bag, I'd be wary that toxic substances might be cooked into food.

BTW, I saw a Canadian movie the other night, and the lead actor sounded just like Chef John****. If I closed my eyes, I could see him in the role. Kinda freaked me out. I can't remember the name of the movie, much less the actor, but if I do, I'll try to remember to come back and add them.
