Iran won't or rather can't respond. It is a weak country with one dictator (for 40 years now) and 80 million slaves of that dictator, and in spite of huge oil reserves earns less in exports than Israel which has just 10 million people. If Iran wants to progress, the Iranian people need to first free themselves and throw out the dictator.
